Yuri stood by the lake shore, just a few feet from the water, playing one of her favourite songs on her flute. For the most part, her eyes were closed as she played. However, near the end of the song, she opened them, looking around her surroundings. This place was always her favourite, she couldn't deny that at all.

Alex ended up running towards the waterfall after all, though he did stop once he got there; the place was small but pleasant, in his opinion. He looked at the waterfall, gazing at the marvelous thing. He heard a flute play in the distance somewhere and looked around, spotting Yuri not too far. Grinning, he walked up to her, carefully putting his hands on her shoulders once she had finished playing. "Hey. Having fun?" he asked, a big grin on his face. Yuri jumped and looked behind her, seeing Alex. "Sure am. Finally got to playing my flute again," she said happily. She put her hands on Alex's, glad to finally see him again. "What've you been up to? You didn't call at all the last few months." "Ah. So I disappear for a few months and suddenly everybody's worried?" he teased, running a hand through the girl's hair. "I've just been doing stuff, practicing running, gaining speed with each time." "You don't push yourself too hard, do you?" Yuri asked. "Wouldn't dream of it." "Liar!" Yuri said as she turned around and faced him with a frown as he laughed. She sighed; whenever he was happy, she just couldn't bring herself to stay mad at him. "Alright, alright. I'll let it go." She kissed him softly for a moment or two before she smiled at him. "But don't work too hard." "S-Sure," Alex said, a little stunned and blushing quite a bit as Yuri giggled.

"So what've you been up to lately?" Yuri asked as she stood in front of him, her hands behind her back as she held her flute in them. "Nothing, really. Just been roaming around, visiting Dairen's grave. . .just a usual bunch of junk," Alex explained, rubbing the back of his neck as he looked away from Yuri. He didn't like admitting he still visited Dairen's grave. But part of him still considered him a friend. She looked at him skeptically but didn't question his actions as she grabbed his arm and clung to it, leaning her head on Alex. "Fine, fine. I won't question," she said. "Be careful though, alright?" Alex sighed as he nodded in agreement, looking up at the sky. In all his years of living here, he hadn't once seen the sky so blue. Life was peaceful, sure. But he felt far from normal. And he was kind of bored without all the fun in almost getting killed. He sat down on the ground, looking at the waterfall. "Thinking again?" Yuri asked as she knelt behind him, putting her arms over his shoulder and resting them on his rest, looking at him from his right. "Kind of, yeah. Been thinking how much everyone worried about me and would hardly let me walk around when I was hospitalized." "Funny and cute. Glad I caught you before anyone else," Yuri giggled as the boy blushed again, looking at his lap.

Alex sighed, wondering how the girl managed to make him so nervous still. Being like this right now was kind of nice. Not only that, but he'd managed to improve his speed. "Shame Tohru couldn't come," he sighed, remembering the older man. He'd been looking forward to his return, too. "Tohru? Who's that?" Yuri asked curiously as she ran a hand through Alex's hair. The boy shook his head, smiling, a little sadly. "If he's not coming, there's no point in mentioning him, is there? Not now, anyway." "Secretive as always." "And I plan to be for as long as I live," Alex laughed. "How unfair," Yuri said, though she had a happy smile on her face.

Sin shot past Shin, grinning, and punching him playfully in the arm, as they flew to the waterfall. She was having fun, and it was nice to not be watched over, ever minute. She loved Denkou, but he was overprotective! She sighed with content, as she laughed at Shin, waiting for him.

"Hey sinny no fair!" shin said laughing as he got up to the girl skirting a tree as they entered the waterfall area, he touched down quickly keiune allready in his hands glowing brightly in anticipation "Not gonna lose this time sinny! Heh, still have that scar you gave me" he said happily smiling at the girl, It was nice to be having some fun for once, he had been a little lonely without yuki, and everyone seemed to be distancing themselfs from one another lately.

Sin whinced at Shin's remark, knowing full well, she had one too, and it had scared her. But she wasn't about to let that ruin her mood. She landed, a smile on her face, as she summoned her sword to her. She'd learned to it, in her spare time, and it was useful for something for once. She laughed lightly, watching Shin, and his Keiune, "You still have that damned thing? Why don't you throw it away, and get a sword, Shin!"

"Cause sin, I suck with a sword, and keiune holds memories. Plus she kicks butt and you know it" he said happily as he watched sin, he had seen her wince and regretted his comment, not knowing how serious she took it. "So, chess rules?" he asked waiting there for her to make the first move twirling keiune a bit.

Alex picked up a rock and through it across the surface of the lake, watching it skip. In the time he was sitting here, he could probably be improving his speed. But he was happy to be with Yuri again. Why he had chosen to lose contact, he had no idea in the first place. He looked up quickly and looked around, something feeling different all of a sudden. "Something wrong?" Yuri asked, resting her head on his shoulder, looking at him curiously. "N-No. Nothing."

"Oh, come on, Shin. That thing is old, look at it...It's going to fall apart," Sin taunted him, grinning as she watched him. In reality, she found his Keiune, but she wasn't about to tell him that. She stepped forward a bit, listening to him. She fanned her wings, looking at her sword, "No scars, this time, Shin."

"Heh, yeah no scars, but isnt that kinda what connects us?" he said smiling, lashing forwards suddenly, it was an expected attack, nothing fancy just straight forward.

"s**t," Sin said with a smile, as she barely countered Shin's attack. She laughed, her shoulders shrugging as she watched him. She rushed at him, slashing at him, with her sword, "I guess, our scars are what link us. Never thought of it that way...but it reminds of other things too."

"Let that stuff go then" shin said blocking her counter and pushing back "Roans a nut but if theres anything hes taught me its how to let the past go, just shrug it off and make it happy" he said slashing out at her.

Sin's eyes looked pained for a moment, but she nodded knowing he was right. A smile lit up on her face, as she thrust forward towards him, with blinding speed, "Damn! I can still move!"
