Katan / Rosiel (Angel Sanctuary) is a cute but sad pairing, and it's also very canon. There's probably others from that series but some of them like Kira / Setsuna and Kato / Setsuna that are going to end up being Setsuna is too busy being in love with his sister to notice anyone else. It you like girl-love, there's also a Kurai / Alexiel.
