First off, I just wanted to apologize for disappearing for a while. I joined this guild when it first started up and then never posted much. Thank you for not kicking me out. ^^;;;
Okay, now for the purpose of this thread. I'm doing a project on Tutankhamun for my history class. It's actually my final and if I do a good job, I can jump up two whole grades (which I would like very much).
Does anyone know of any [trustworthy] sites about the boy king? I'm having a difficult time finding reliable resources about his nine-year reign and the possiblities of his untimely death. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a sticky with pretty useful and reliable information (they are reliable as I have seen the same information elsewhere). Check those out and I'm sure you will find some information on Tutankhamun.
On the other hand because the internet is quite unrealiable anyway (works and not published so therefore their information might be incorrect) I suggest that you do look through books at your school library or your local library. Because Tutankhamun is such a well known Pharaoh he will be in most Ancient Egypt books.
I have three books here with me so if you like I can find out some information for you. My enclycopedia on Ancient Egypt says that Akenaten might not actually by Tutankamun's father, rather his much older brother, it is suspected that Amenhotep, Akenaten's father, might well be Tuthankamun's father instead.

I didn't even think to look at the stickies. Thank you very much. ^^
Yeah, there's three men who could be his father though I believe Akhenaten is the number one suspected now.

Do you know if Tutankhamun was healthy or ill? I remember back in middle school, my class watched shows from the History channel saying there were hundreds of canes in his tomb because of a spinal/back condition. But then in the sites I've been to recently said he was moderately fit. *confused*

I haven't heard of him to be unwell during his rein apart from that accident.
