I’m too good for you I’ve really got a nice body
I bought a tablet the other day (from this online Academic Superstore thinger) and it came like....2 days ago. I followed all the directions to install it and it worked!...For like 5 minutes, then it just stopped.
Now, when I stick the USB cable in, sometimes it will work, for about 10 minutes max, but most of the time, I get this little bubble pop up:

I've been sticking it in the front ports, but I tried one of the back one's and worked for a bit before stopping. I've never had this issue with any of my USB things...
Oh yes, and the indicator light thinger doesn't light up when I plug it in and doesn't work. When it does work, it's blue like it's supposed to be, green when you click. But when it stops working, it flashes blue for a bit then stops.
BTW, It's a Wacom Graphire4 4x5 Tablet. (Yeah, it's small. xP)
So my questions are: 1)Is it fixable? 2)How do I fix it if so? 3)Why did they even send it to me, they haven't taken the money yet...?
If I say so myself I’m not a bad catch! Am I?

That's kind of weird... Have you checked to see if the tablet requires certain specs to run? Have you installed any drivers it needs, or is it plug and play? Have you checked to see if you can get any drivers for it online?

I meet all the system requirements (and pass them up by quite a bit. xD), I installed all the hardware that came with it and I downloaded and installed the drivers for it from the main site.
I did some research and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem, but not with a tablet. It seems to be a problem with storage devices (like external harddrives and USB hubs (which is not really a storage device....) and stuff)...Which a tablet is not. Gah, this is frustrating. Dx
Some people had listed a fix so I tried it...Well, it made my iPod able to disconnect again, but it didn't help with my tablet (although I'm glad I'm not damaging the iPod by yanking it out anymore. xD) and all I wanna do is draw! xD Is that so wrong!? Dx lol.
But yeah, I'm really puzzled.
If I say so myself I’m not a bad catch! Am I?

Try a different USB plug. Mine malfunctions. certain wires and things are loose. Although.. I'm not sure why other things would work in that USB plug then sweatdrop Eh, try anyway.

Are other USB devises working in that same port?
If not, try this. Right click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager, and look for any yellow ?s or !s. Click them, and it should say there's something wrong with it, and it automatically install the drivers for it. Do that, and see if it helps.

Oh darn, my post style dies again. Oh well, on to the main issue. xD
I have a lot of USB devices that get plugged in and out all the time and it's never done it on any of them. (My iPod, my printer, my webcam) And I've tried this thinger on 4 of my USB ports and it's done it on all of them.
And there are no thingy's with ?s or !s in my device manager.
I'm totally at a loss. xD

Well it's probably not your computer or USB port then... It might be a faulty plug on the tablet.

The Daft Hatter Oh, phooie. I should probably search their main site for anything on returns or exchanges. Dx Yeah, or you could try and see if they've got help or inquiries, and tell them what's going on, and they could try to help you out. But by the sounds of it, your computer is working fine, it must be that plug.
