As well as read, I also like to proofread things. Well,...I actually don't do it too much, but I did find 2 mistakes in Incubus Dreams that I really noticed.

Have any of you found any spelling/grammar mistakes? Not to judge the editors or something, but it just interests me.

There are usually at least 2-5 type o's in her books. I think the editors get sidetracked by the great action in the early books and the great sex in the later books so they miss important things like spelling and proper use of the English language. blaugh

I've noticed them in a few books but I never thought to list them. I'll have to start just to see what I can spot. I think in ID I actually noticed a typo in the word "feel".. I forget since I've also been reading other things sweatdrop
I think I get so distracted by the story I don't pay attention to them very long. Not to mention reading (and making) so many typos online has programmed me well. I tend to correct them mentally and go on my merry way.

I think it was in Cerulean Sins... It was spelt Dolf very briefly and it bothered me but I let it go when she went back to spelling it Dolph... *Nod and shrug* I guess it happens to all of us, even the published, but getting a character name wrong? lol

o.O She does have some terrible typos in her books. More then any other book I've read O.o My sister, a total freak about that stuff, even quit reading it for...a hour? xd .....in protest.
! That Dolph mistake, I seriously sat down and went through all the other books I owned to see if they mentioned a 'Dolf', because I was confused.
And then I learned it was a typo. >.>

I've noticed at least one typo in each book. I think that Circus of the Damned and Burnt Offerings had more than one. I may be thinking of Circus of the Damned and Guilty Pleasures. I just know that COTD had more than one and I've seen at least one typo in most of the books when I first read them. Now that I'm reading them a second time, I can't find a lot of the typos! But I guess I correct them automatically in my mind since I know what they're supposed to be where as when I was first reading them, I got confused about what it was supposed to be.

I too have noticed those CoTD typos. I read a copy I found at the library and there were enough that they caught my attention long enough to think how could someone miss that many of them.

Actually, I seem to recall there being quite a few typos in Incubus Dreams, though I can't remember them now. I did notice that she kept using Diety throughout the book. I'm not sure if that's intentional, though. I was under the impression that it should be Deity.

There is actually quite an obvious grammar mistake on the first page of ID. "I'd been terrified that I was going have to shell out three hundred dollars..." Going have to??? I spent five minutes reading that sentence trying to figure out why it bothered me. lol xd
No big deal, but I was surprised to find it on the first page! You think they would have caught that.
