Actually, I'm ashamed to say that until I found that picture I posted, I had never ever layed eyes on a chincilla! I'm pretty certain we don't have them here, which is a damn shame. They sound most entertaining!! 3nodding

xd I just love saying Chinchillas.

Heh on a funny story note, hubby was in nursing school in the army and his class had to pick and vote on a mascot of sorts. He came up with "The Chubby Chincillas" which won the majority, but the person in charge wouldn't allow it. Poopy heads.

But chinchillas are still darn cute. I'm amazed that people have never seen one... They're a pretty common pet here, most pet stores will have at least one. They're REALLY soft.
