This is one of the best FREE sites out there. You don't have to download anything either!! Just check it out!!

BTW, I don't know if there are already postings about it, but in addition to a learning site, what about (online) dictionaries? I use Jeffrey's: http://dict.regex.info/cgi-bin/j-e/ . And there's the wonderful thing called Moji sidebar that you can add to your Mozilla that will translate words and kanji you mark/paste.
