Well, since I know for a fact that I, myself, have nominated a few people to be Juniors, I also know there should be a place to vote somewheres, but I haven't seen one. So, Seniors, I'll lend you a hand by placing the thread for voting myself. Feel free to edit this post as needed to announce the Junior Votes, as well as Seniors that you've nominated.
Anywho, here's the thread where each of the Junior and Senior votes will be held, and will as well announce each victors of the votes. Voting will commence whenever Seniors say so. The rest is simple. Just follow what the poll says.
Polls will be held semi-annually for Seniors, while polls for Juniors will be held every four months. Hopefully.
Voting will last for about one week.
Junior Nominees: those nominated by other guild members to be a Junior
The top three will be made into Juniors!

Senior Nominees:those nominated by other Seniors to be a Senior.

I had mentioned your nominations in the Senior forum thingy. I just didn't post anything to where everyone could read because I was waiting for more nominations, but I don't think there will be anymore. ><

Aha! It is brilliance! There ARE a lot of these resource threads now. The proposition Ari made earlier is beginning to make a lotta sense.
Heh. A Junior nomination, AND an Senior one. We need new Juniors! If the guild gets any largeer, we'll need even MORE Seniors who are active.
Will the voting be private, or just posted? I dunno if that poses a problem at all, and to some it would, but I'm guessing the majority of Koiji members are fine.

I figured as much, Ari, I really did. It's just...well...I know I may have been hasty with that and it was on my mind literally since I posted it, just, I couldn't undo the post since I was away >.> Sorry about that Ari, I just jumped the gun a bit...
I just thought "Two weeks and no info or anything.." That were my literal thoughts there...

And...looks like even more sophomores are being seniors xD
I gotta stress this even further...something is absolutely BUGGING the hell outta me...I was acting on impulse when I made this thread, just typing and not thinking ahead for future consequences and also I didn't think of 'my' status in the guild. It was not my place to begin with to make this thread, but rather, the Seniors' place, since they have that mysterious forum to themselves for talking about guild issues...Yet again I make myself a fool by attempting to do what I 'thought' was right without thinking each and every detail out...
...thus...if need be...I will denounce my junior-ness and will demote myself to "Wise Fool" status again, that way I get no more ideas in my head like this and taking over for the even higher-ups than I...
..all up to you seniors with this and delete this thread if necessary...
If I've taken this too hard on myself, then for that, I am again sorry, but that is how I am...

Actually, the senior thing was a mistake on my part. I misread. xD
I thought it had said who the seniors had nominated for Juniors. Oh, well. It's fixed now.
I honestly don't mind, Hawke. It had to get done at one time or another.
I don't know what Illy will say, since he's basically second in command here now that Syth is gone. And has anyone else noticed that Danka hasn't been around either? Because I haven't seen her.
So don't worry about it.

Well, Ari, you'd still have to agree that I stepped beyond my bounds with this, and I was serious about each of the things that I said. It may not really matter to you, but it does to me, since I had done this once before, though in a different situation.
Both 'Syth and Danka left for some reason or another, I know that much. As for reasons, I'm not sure. I haven't really heard anything from/about Danka, but I know 'Syth was taking a break.
As for worrying...I always do. You know that >.<
