Heres mine
I can't help it.
To drown in the light
of a summer sunset,
It's as natural to me as breathing
The clash of colours,
A surge of passion
as the dying day bids "Farewell".
So warm and precious!
So vivid and bold!
Summers nightfall rainbow
This majestic aura!
Such mystery inspires
the one, who gazes in hope
of having her wings granted,
so she too, can sail the skys
Breaking way to the starlit waves
The night envelopes the sky.
Come count the stars with me -
They all glitter so wonderfully...
The stars are always there.
Always near.
No matter what - till the very end
And even then,
they carry on, once you've gone.
To tell you the truth -
I envy the stars.
Their strength to prevail through the darkest storms
Their resiliance to the clutches of cool solar shade
I wish to be a star one day
Its my wish,
and my dream.
I'll find a way
To hang aloof over a fragile world
soaring as one with my galaxy.
Just one little star, amongst the stella swirls
Sharing one eternal moment with you
United in our light
After all....
I always thought of you as my star.
