A wolf howl sounds as the arena darkens and Werewolf begins to play. Smoke covers covers the stage, almost obscuring it from view

the smoke lightens just enough for a large figure to step through it, Lykos, entering the WWFG for the first time here in the debut Netflix show. He stands and looks out over the sea of fans

I could be up all night, but I'm paralyzed when the creature comes alive

During the chorus of the song, Lykos steps completely out of the smoke and begins to make his way down the ramp, his eyes focused on his opponent now standing in the ring.

"Making his way to the ring, residing in Athens, Greece, weighing in at 305 pounds, Lykos!"

Lykos reaches the ring and steps up onto the apron, then into the ring over the top rope. He steps up to the center of the ring as the music dies out

Lykos watched the champion intently as he entered the arena. He was well aware of his standing heading in. He was the rookie, Bison the veteran. That wasn't going to stop him from coming out on top tonight in the biggest match of his career so far. This is also the first time he's not specifically the largest man in the match.

However, he's not going to rush anything. He patiently awaits the bell and the champion's attention as he stands in a corner

after checking his gloves, Lykos walks up to meet the champion. There's a slight difference in their height, just enough that the challenger has to tip his head up slightly to look him in the eye. He isn't rushing to start yet, perhaps electing to let the champ have the first move

No reason not to go into the traditional start here, as Lykos accepts the lock up here. Is this next part the best move? Maybe not, but he's gonna do it anyway. Don't know a guy's real strength until you test it, so Lykos tests him by attempting to press him back a few steps towards the ropes

Being overpowered is foreign for Lykos, but not completely surprising. Bison whips him to the ropes and Lykos rebounds, then ducks the clothesline and attempts to catch the champion with a stiff body blow to the ribs as he does

Lykos has already decided on more of a stick and move strategy. Again, he ducks under the slightly taller but also heavier champion and aims a second shot at his ribs

Lykos had a target, and he would return to it eventually, for now, he's caught with a headbutt that sends him stumbling back a couple of steps
