Before we begin the presentation of the awards, I'd like to start a PM game that will continue for the next 24 hours or so.
Send me, Darkness and Wings, a PM with as many words of 3 letters or more as you can find in "The Newbie Supporting And Training Guild" and don't stress - you have 24 hours to find them.
Winners will include the most overall words and having the most words no one else got. For example if you’re the only person to say Bee.
It would make my life easier if you put your words in alphabetical order. but it's not required.

Tonight we begin a celebration that honors TWENTY years of the NSTG. We endeavor to provide a place for friends to find each other, enjoy each other, win prizes and have tons of fun. Tonight, and for the next 24 hours, we celebrate the past with joy, and continue that tradition into 2025 with hopes for our best year yet!

The Newbie Supporting and Training Guild has been supporting not only newbies to Gaia but all its members for 20 years. That's an accomplishment worthy of celebration for any organization, especially one that has only an online presence and has built its community here. We have gone through the many ups and downs Gaia has experienced, and have varied our activities and events over the years. But the one constant through it all has been the care and support we show for each other.
We have had multiple captains over the years, too. Kitty passed that torch on to Ebony who passed it on to me. Now I pass it on to a wonderful person who has already done so much in the guild and I am confident will continue to guide it into the future. She has run several events, some single-handedly and some with help from our fabulous CAP volunteers. She has shown the patience, compassion, and organization needed to be a good captain, and I'm so lucky to also call her my friend. Please welcome our newest captain, Darkness and Wings! heart
Thank you so much Joy!! It has been an honor and a privilege to work with you. I am delighted to continue the NSTG’s long history and continue to grow it.
I am pleased to announce that FaereFae will be taking my spot as Vice Captain!! We would like to announce that as of this weekend Universal333 is moving from CAP to Crew!!

For anyone who hasn’t seen our Awards Ceremony in the past you can get a pretty good idea based on the order of ceremonies. All year long we look to see who is engaged in the guild, who tries, who excites others, and so much more. These awards celebrate those people.
We have five guild awards as well as a few for CAP and Crew. This year we had a large amount of our nominees apart of that hard working team. As I announce each award I will include the nominees, the runner up, and the winner. No one can ever win more than one award, excluding raffles.
