btw super cute avi! I love all the decorations & shopping for gifts & people in the stores! But my favorite is the religious services. There’s beautiful singing & worship & I love it! Makes my heart feel happy!❤️
i can't lie, i've never gone to a service. I don't do well with big crowds and i know i could watch on tv but i feel like it doesn't have the same feeling
I watch some on TV like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and other big choirs singing Christmas songs, as well as secular Christmas concerts. I love them all! But there are a lot of smaller churches that put on sweet worship services too. The church we attend is having a candlelight service on Christmas Eve and it's a time to be quiet and reflect on Christ's sacrifice of stepping out of heaven & down into this cruel world to be our Savior. It's good for me to have a break from the hustle & bustle of all the activities before heading out to spend Christmas with family or friends. At this service, we have hymns playing in the background & people come forward & light a candle, have a prayer, and leave. It's really lovely! There aren't a lot of folks that come but it's meaningful to the ones that do!
