Metallica's "Turn the Page" begins for the second time tonight, the fans rising to their feet with anticipation. They were stunned to see that Hiro had dropped the Butler the way he did earlier, a little bit of a different look for him -- normally others were getting the drop on him first! While he seemed to be far from in fighting shape tonight, the Ethnic Enigma was gonna give it a go anyway against one of the only people in business that could rival the history he and Freakshow shared. Hiro stepped out from the back with his arm extra taped up and a knee-brace on, something that he'd never wore before. His left leg had taken some serious damage of late and it seemed like what he needed to keep from completely limping all over the place. He stood atop the ramp on the stage, the medical tape across his back seemingly in the shape of an H, and looked out at all of creation with his hands on his hips.

"The following contest is a LAST MAN STANDING match! Introducing first, from McIntosh, South Dakota, by way of Tokyo, Japan...he has the WIIIIILLLL TO GO ON........HIRO SHIN-MO-"

The ring announcer was suddenly cut off as the fans started to roar.  

[Cartwright]

The crowd would pour scorn on The Boss, as Cartwright charges towards his already clearly suffering opponent from behind, launching a low dropkick to the back of Hiro's knee-braced leg!

Hiro's leg was clipped from behind, catching him completely offguard! The dropkick was stiff, Cartwright getting things started far too early. The ref called for the bell and began to run up to where the action was. Hiro held back many a cuss under his breathe, huffing and puffing as his pained expression locked itself in on Cartwright. This was going to be dirty and unfair, perhaps further atonement for a younger Hiro -- perhaps a reminder of why he no longer called Cartwright his friend. Regardless, we were in for a great match up here tonight.  

[Cartwright]

Cartwright already looks pleased with himself as he watches and listens to Hiro suffer, the match could possibly be over right now!

But The Boss is nasty son of a gun and he hasn't had enough fun.

Cartwright grabs a steel chair from an unexpecting fan and looks to strike the back of the leg for a second time, using it as a weapon!

JR: "This is totally unnecessary!
I can't believe Cartwright is afraid of somebody in Hiro's condition!
What a coward!"

King: "Calm down, JR!
Hiro asked for a Last Man Standing Match!
This is everything that he wanted!"

That English b*****d...grabbing hold of a chair from a fan and using it to smash Hiro in the back of the leg! The Ethnic Enigma began to roll, landing to the side of the ramp and crumpling down as his leg gave out! Hiro was clearly trying to get away, but he may have put himself in a much worse position. The Ethnic Enigma worked to his knees and heaved up a storm, trying to push himself up entirely to deal with the rapidly approaching Cartwright...but it was too hard in the moment.

Cartwright raises the chair in to the air for all to see, earning a flurry of jeers as he looks proud of himself for what he has done.

Cartwright then barks at the referee to start counting Hiro, he's wasted enough of his own time on this Cuban-Japanese chap. This match is in the bag!

The ref began his count, getting to four in what felt like less than a second to the Ethnic Enigma. He did manage to get to his hands and knees, looking up at the posing Cartwright. A flame started to grow further in Hiro's chest, and with that fuel, he crawled to a table set on the ground and used it to get to his feet by a count of seven. He looked up at Cartwright once again and shook his head, clearly lacking any respect for the fact that the owner of the company decided to start things off the way he did.  

[Cartwright]

Cartwright shakes his head at Hiro, all he had to do was stay on the ground and he can't even manage that!

The Boss raises his chair high above his head in anger, approaching Hiro by the table and swinging the chair wildly towards Hiro's skull!

JR: "Hiro isn't going to go down that way King!"

King: "Maybe he should have JR, look what's coming his way!"

Cartwright would traverse down from the stage and into the pit below, Hiro standing up just barely as he drew in close -- that same chair in hand. The Ethnic Enigma grit his teeth and dodged out of the way of the chair just in time, it slamming against the table as Cartwright's strength nearly collapsed it with the hit. Hiro took definite notice of that and started to stagger away, heading towards the curtains that divided backstage from the world around the side of the set -- it looked like perhaps this battle was about take a fieldtrip.

Dang it, Hiro saves himself at the last second, dodging Cartwright's chair shot and causing The Boss to give the table an almighty WHACK!

Cartwright watches as Hiro staggers away, thinking about whether he wants to go after him.

King: "Look at this!
Hiro is the real coward, JR!
You have to take back everything you said about your boss now!"

JR: "This is hardly the same situation, King!"

If only Cartwright had The Butler and Omen to bring Hiro back to him, The Lad huffs before walking up the ramp in the same direction as his opponent!

Cartwright was a smart guy, if nothing else -- while Hiro went around the set through a much less open path, Cart hopped and skipped his way back up to the stage and went through gorilla to give chase! The Ethnic Enigma fought his way through cables, trunks, and a few tables before coming out on the otherside, just a few yards away from where Cartwright would emerge in gorilla. Hiro looked around fast try to find something, ANYTHING to defend himself when the GM showed up. He would search the tops of trunks and finally, he'd locate a wrench -- grabbing it and tucking it close to his chest as he hunched down against the trunk on a knee and awaited Cartwright's appearance...perparing a sneak attack!

Cartwright walks in to The Gorilla Position to see a hunched over Hiro on a knee, a smile coming across his face.

Cartwright: "There you are.
Look at you!
You pathetic, feeble little flower..."

Cartwright approaches Hiro, looking to pull him up to his feet by his head, unaware of his opponents scheme!

Cartwright's words stung only slightly, perhaps the Ethnic Enigma hearing them in a voice more akin to the posh King Kartwright that he'd spent so much time within that earlier prior-decade. He remained on a that knee until Cartwright was just close enough -- responding to his taunts with a quick wrench shot to the gut! If anything was gonna shut Cartwright up in the moment, one would hope it'd be that! Hiro would try to follow it up with a shot to Cart's back with the wrench, tossing it away if successful!

GUHF!

Even when being struck by a wrench, words find their way out of Cartwright's mouth, those being words of pain!

Hiro strikes The Boss with a second wrench shot across Cartwright's back that leaves him face-first on the concrete below!
