[Luca Leone] vs Ramona Tyler (Lumberjack Match)

The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is the Serpent Cult Lumberjack Match!

 

[Mister Mirage]

Shoot to Thrill

The main lights dimmed as the music played over the PA. A blue spot light came to life, passing over the audience until it hovers over, finally forming a bullseye in the center of the ring!


Finally, a figure stepped out onto the stage, the blue lights raining down over it. Suddenly a pair of LED glasses came to life along with a similar looking emblem coming over the titantron. Luca Leone stepped further out onto the stage as the words Huntress flashed across the titantron and over the emblem. The Lioness held up both hands up, pointing at either side of the audience, holding her fingers up like guns as series of fireworks went off on stage.

"Weighing in at 120 pounds, residing in Mexico City, the Azure Huntress, Luca Leone!"
Luca stepped off the stage as the crowd erupted with cheers from the explosive entrance. She walked down the ramp, crossing from each side of the ramp to give high fives and handshakes to a few of front row audience members. The Lioness slowly made her way down to the ring, giving her fans as much attention she could spare. As soon as she approached the ring, she immediately ducked under the bottom rope and rolled in.

The lights in the arena went out for a moment as the opening notes of Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses. The arena was shrouded in the darkness for a moment before the lights back back on in red bathing everyone in a crimson glow. Standing on the stage was a woman standing in the center of , a hood pulled up on her long leather coat. There was no looming shadow behind her. No sign of The Defiler himself. But Ramona didn't need him. Not with the stipulation. The Cult was going to be here. She cracked her neck and stared out at the crowd for a moment before starting down the ramp.

She got a corpse under her bed
She had her fun but now he's dead
Her mama said
"Come feed desire"
Her brother said
"Hey, throw him on the fire"

At the bottom of the ramp, she stopped and stared ahead at the ring. She still wasn't used to fighting without her brother in her corner. At least not since she was baptized into his new religion. But she knew that she could do it. Especially since the ring was going to be surrounded by her and her brother's followers. She looked around at the crowd, a smirk playing at her lips and raised her arms to the side to imitate Rex Kobra, and looked to the heavens to offer thanks to the Serpent.

"Introducing....from The Cult of the Serpent....Ramooooona...The Vipress....Tyler."

Ramona lowered her arms and looked out at the crowd again with a glare before heading to the steel steps and starting to make her way up them.

She slowly made her way up the steel steps and climbed to the top turnbuckle. Perched on the top, she lowered her hood and glared out at the crowd. She hopped off the turnbuckle and took off her coat and aviator sunglasses. She sat them outside and moved to the center of the ring. She looked at Luca and then to the empty space around the ring. With a twisted grin, she folded her arm in front of her and gave an exaggerated bow just as the lights in the arena went out. As they came on normal, Ramona was seated cross legged in the ring, and the ring was surrounded by cultists.

Ramona slowly rose with the twisted grin still plastered on her face as she made an ominous gesture to remind Luca of the Twenty-Plus hooded spectators surrounding them. Then she would slowly approach her opponent and start things off as disrespectfully as she could by attempting to simply deliver a full powered slap to the face.  

[Mister Mirage]

The Lioness certainly wasn't expecting to start off the evening being slapped in the face, but that's what happened! The sound from the impact could be heard several rows over. Picking her hand up, Luca would swing from the hip, looking to return with a slap of her own.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona's head was rocked from the slap and she backed up a step. She shook the impact away and stepped back forward to attempt to deliver a solid knife edge chop to the other woman's chest.  

[Mister Mirage]

Luca was taken back a step as she was struck with the knife edge chop across the chest. Planting a foot forward, the Huntress would respond in kind with a chop of her own.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona was knocked back a step by the returning chop and grit her teeth. So far it appeared as if Luca was intent on returning whatever she dished out. So she had to try something new, so instead of just stepping forward with another attack,she would attempt to suddenly blitz forward in an attempt to level Luca with a sudden lariat  

[Mister Mirage]

Ramona lunged at Luca, attempting to take the Lioness down with a big move. She quickly stepped in, ducking under her opponent's arm. Slipping behind Ramona, the Luca would attempt to pull her opponent in for a Russian legsweep.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona hadn't expected a counter. Her eyes widened as she was grabbed and slammed down by the sweep.  

[Mister Mirage]

The Huntress sprang back her feet in a kip up after taking Ramona down. She wouldn't remain vertical for long, as she would immediately look drop an elbow across Ramona's chest!

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona had started to stir quickly, the power of the cult at ringside keeping her strong but just as she started to move, any thoughts of rising were halted by the elbow slamming across her chest, keeping her on the mat.  

[Mister Mirage]

After connecting with the elbow, Luca rolled over onto her opponent attempting to mount Ramona for a few punches to pay her back for the opening of the match.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona found herself rocked as Luca mounted her, raining punches down onto her. All around the ring, the cultists started pounding on the mat, as she often did for her brother, to try and keep the damage from being severe.  

[Mister Mirage]

The Lioness rained punches down on Ramona as the cult pounded on the mat. After several with little resistance from her opponent, Luca would attempt to pull Ramona back to her feet to try and whip her into a corner.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona was pulled to her feet and just as the cobwebs fully cleared from her mind by the movement and the pounding, she found herself whipped into the corner.
