  rcvolvcrocelot It had been a long day for the ever busy Utaba, the motherly Genin taking a break after a strenuous mission in the field. This shinobi business was one that she was still getting used to, and already after her previous training from before she had Airen. A secret fear in her surfaced as a frown took over her face, the woman's nude form in one of the many hot springs in the district while the other female residents would go about. During her soak, she'd wonder what Airen would be up doing at this time of day. He was likely just finished with his studies for the day and just getting back home like the sweet boy he was. Utaba usually spent a good amount of time here after work to just unwind since Day 1. Airen likely could remember when he came home and found his mom asleep on the couch with a thousand ice packs around her body. It had been a painful sort of evening, though he had treated her so well.
It was then that she heard the sound of a woman sitting next to her, the blonde looking up to see Haruka, a close friend since they were just academy students way way back. She kept her regal and lavish appearance up despite being a shinobi like her, and that long mane of hair was something that the woman cared for immensely. "Is this seat taken by some other shinobi who you know very well?~" she teased as the woman brought her head up towards the new arrival with a knowing smirk. "You know it always is." She lowered herself inside the steamy waters, while Utaba would lean back into her seat and just enjoy the time she could spend here for the time being. Haruka was a surprise, but a welcome one. "How'd your mission go? The escort one, right?" The woman laughed, pushing some strands of wet auburn hair aside while looking at her companion.
"Well enough. Nobles can be so painful to work with, wanting to stop every 5 minutes to complain about something. How did trying to collect bells go?"
"Humiliating." Utaba replied. "It's bad enough I can't get one bell from somebody, but having children laugh at you is another."
Haruka found some amount of amusement in her response. She let a coy smirk fall upon her face. "I'm sure you have enough trouble with one child, let alone an entire class." A moment of silence was shared between the two. Haruka looked over to see her friend looking at the water, frowning to herself as she became lost in her own thoughts. It was only natural for a mother to worry about her child, but this extent was bordering on unhealthy to her. Haruka must have sensed this train of thought as well, as the haughty woman pursed her lips. "You're worried about him, Uta. It's only natural as a Mother." The blonde haired Genin would let out an exhausted sigh and raise her gaze to the woman yet again. "It's...not that. He's the only thing in this world to me, but just after the notes from his teachers and such about his...condition. Maybe I shouldn't have approved him for academy training. He'd be much safer with his friends elsewhere."
"And break his heart forever, just like that?" she mused, leaning a bit more forward so that the matter would be a bit more private. "You'd know he would have kept it a secret from you. It's what kids do when their parents don't approve. As fragile as he may be, I think you're underestimating him greatly."
Utaba would look back into the clouded water where her chest met the surface of the water. "He barely passed the physical examination and that was after I fought tooth and nail for them to test him in the first place. Everywhere he goes, he'll forever be at a disadvantage with his peers. Always an uphill battle."
Utaba frowned for a moment before pressing her palms against her face and just sliding a bit further into the water, up until only her shoulders were above the water. "I don't know what I should do, Haruka...What kind of mother would destroy her child's world for his own good? Should I do something and have him hate me or just let him go?" There weren't any tears but just frustrations, Utaba felt herself wanting to scream until every last ounce of worry could be silenced in her head. She felt a pair of arms around her as the temperature around her had lessened, her body emerged from the warm waters below by the pale arm of her friend. Haruka brought her into a hug, gently fluffing her blonde locks as Utaba had always enjoyed. "Airen passed though, didn't he? And for his age and all things considered, he's doing amazing, don't you think? The boy's 10 now, Uta. You can't baby him forever. Eventually he has to do things on his own and this is just the first of many. You can worry all you'd like, but you need to let him do this."
Utaba said nothing, just lost in the moment of their tender touch again while recalling some rather good times. Ones before Airen's father and her had met, and likely why Airen had met "Auntie Haruka" a time or two back when he was still only in the single digit age range. "Next time, I'd rather had a girl. At least they're easy." She sighed again, Utaba's glasses being pushed up onto her face again while the two ladies stood a bit awkwardly just hugging. Haruka eventually let go with an apologetic, "Sorry. Enjoying myself a bit too much. But he'll be just fine. If Airen's your son, then he'll end up just like his mother: adorable, well spoken, thorough, and stubborn as all hell." Utaba would offer an exhausted sigh and sit up with a small smirk. "You treat me so well." Haruka gave a soft laugh and set her hand on Utaba's thigh. "Somebody has to keep an eye on you. Otherwise you'd get an aneurism over overcooked tea." They laughed together and talk for an hour or so, before the mother would pick herself up and take a brisk walk through the village.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ โ Ehhhhh ehehehe soooooo nice.โ Laying down on a massage table half naked while two cute twins were hard at work massaging out a few knots in her back. After that whole cult thing that happened not that long ago and the surgery to replace her inners with those black threads even her sad departure from her little shark Clementia was simply tired. So when she had returned a week ago it been one long bing of alcohol special services from all kinds of businesses. Letting out another sigh Clem motioned her hand for the two to leave the room. Both gave her a slight nod leaving the room leaving the tall woman alone her only other companion shibuki laying on a chair sunglasses tapped on the blade and a Mai tai untouched by it โ ehhhh well I think itโs about time to get back to it what do you think my baby?โ Clem looked up from the table smiling at her blade as if waiting for a response. Several moments of silence before the sunglasses slightly moved down as the tape gave away abit. โ I see I see yeah itโs bout time weโll said real profound eheheh.โ With no one else around it was clear she was really talking to her blade as if it really was a person. Satisfied with Shibukis answer Clem lifted her self up and reached for a glass of whiskey near her downing the dark liquid as if it was water.โ Ahhhhh ahahah hmmm guess we should see if the boss is aroundโฆhmmm then again Iโd have to start as one of those genin things if I start working like thatโฆ.business has been slow to hmmmโ setting down the glass she stood up grabbing her a robe loosely wrapping it around her and tying it up. โ Iโll be right back need a refill keep the room locked down sweaty.โ walking out the room locking it behind her Clem headed to the bar to grab another bottle, she figured it help come up with her next plan.

While the bartender seemed to have no problem with him, it seemed as though other patrons avoided the area around him. Probably something to do with his own rather imposing form, but also more likely to do with the blonde with tan skin sitting next to him. The blonde's face red from heat of being drunk. Not only that, but sitting on the counter next to the white haired man and the blonde man was a small form of the sand tanuki Shukaku. Seemingly angrily looking at the two of them. "How dare you flaunt your drinks in front of my esteemed self!? Knowing I can not partake in such delight!?" The sand demon shouted, although unlike in another situation it did not resonate the way it once use to. The white haired man, Iksin looked at the small form of the beast on the counter. "You're lucky I'm even allowing you a semblance of consciousness outside of me." Iksin said to the beast, before an arm was suddenly wrapped around his neck. "HA! Dumb Demon, even if you could drink, I'd drink you under the table." The blonde laughed, before Iksin would shrug his arm off his shoulders and move a seat away. "What?! Filthy child! I can't! LET MY ESTEEMED SELF DRINK SO I CAN PROVE THIS FOOL WRONG" The outraged sand demon shouted again, Iksin's response was quite simple honestly. "I could, but I won't. Besides if I can't get drunk why would I let you?" The demon grumbled and went back to bickering with the drunken golden haired man. While Iksin himself sighed, it was annoying but a lot less so now. It'd be a month, among many other things he was at the very least a bit use to the two of them. It was annoying absolutely. Looking over mostly ignoring the two men her eyes locked on to the small sand raccoon or atleast thatโs what she assumed it was based off its tiny form. So cuteโฆso stubbornโฆ.I want itโฆI really want itโฆ looking away and back to the bartender she held up 4 fingers signaling him to bring more bottles for her. โ Well if yer wanting to get drunk why not have a drink with me instead of these two stren looking men.โ already not that far away from the three the giant woman moved over and sat near the man closest to the Shukaku. Giving the little guy a wide smile as the bartender brought her a few full bottles of rum for her. โ oh whereโs my manners your friends can join to if they wantโฆso what do yah sayโ

Taking a quick glance at the two who the little guy was with she decided to give them a smile as well after hearing what they had to say.โ Oh come now do I look like the kind of gal that snatches what she sees nah just wanted to see this cutie up close.โ looking at the blonde who just spoke with confidence about purple being her favorite color, oh he was a fun one or just drunk who knows but all the same she gave the blonde a thumbs upโ thank yah itโs all natural haha..โ Popping open the top to her bottle Clem took a quick swig before going onโ Sorry my friend I just happened to see the little guy here and thought hey it be nice to see him up close nothing more nothing elseโฆ.but since Iโm here might as well atleast introduce my self.โ Placing the bottle down she extended her hand out to the white haired manโ most just call me Clem just a humble merchant and delivery gal its pleasure.โ
