Additional information: The Mech M-24 Lancer "Chicken-Walker" is designed a hybrid hover craft and mech vehicle. Like a hovercraft, it uses a large rotary engine, similiar to a helicopter, to hover a short distance above the ground and allow the vehicle to move, and uses the legs largely for stability and slight forward propulsion, as well as a means of remaining upright when the vehicle is turned off. As by neither option the vehicle is very effective, combining the two features together, or the hover craft designed only to hover just barely above the ground, and the walking legs which can only move the craft at 3 mph under it's own force, when combined together it's far more effective, capable of hovering or moving forwards quickly at nearly 30 mph, and being stable and far enough above the ground to avoid the problems of the rough terrain.
