 The Pit Vipers are a gang of ponies who believe in everything to do with being loud, wild, and destructive. This often comes at the cost of personal safety as well as good relations with ponies outside of the herd. The herd often will set out from their head quarters in order to spread chaos and wreck the order that other ponies have set in place as the norm. They often lean away from cute, sweet, and nice personality types and personal possessions. This does not mean the herd is evil, in fact they often consider the herd family and would do anything for the other members. They are also well known for adopting those they feel might need protection, often weaker ponies that can't speak up for themselves well or don't fit in. That does not always mean a member is either reckless and crazy or have to be weak its just something the herd is known for doing.
While destruction and chaos is their goal, Havoc believes it needs to be limited for the ultimate survival of the herd. Because of this he has set the Games in motion to entertain his herd between raids outside of their territory. The games often are dangerous but come with bragging rights and loot, plus they keep the herd out of trouble...sorta. There are four teams lead by generals that compete in the games, and on rare occasion the Grand Games will be called into play there members can challenge their generals for their position. Only Havoc can call when the Grand Game will happen. With a herd that is prone to injury themselves constantly the healers within the community are treated with much respect, often the healers receive gifts from the other members of the herd for their skills. The Head Healer is considered the wisest of the healers and runs the herds hospital. Graffiti Artist are also very welcome into the herd. Other then their art just being cool they are asked to decorate team flags and safety gear after all the only way to get a Viper to wear a helmet is if it looks too cool to resist wearing it

 1: Respect the Ranks. You can fight for position during the grand games but not during any other time.
2: No other herd, well ok maybe, but in the end you are a Viper and you will die for your fellow Vipers. You are expected to return to herd grounds at the Grand Games if nothing else.
3: Unless Violence against other herd members is approved , you are not to attack fellow Vipers.
4: Vipers are Reckless and Wild, but there are welcomed members that are not, it is the duty of stronger vipers to protect the weak in the herd.
5: Even during the Grand Games the healer and healing assistants are never to be harmed.
6: Pit Vipers never say die
7: Pit Vipers never harass the elderly or the young, least not directly.
8: No God modding
9: Havoc has the last word this is his herd.
10: Pit Vipers can be evil if your character calls for it but please understand Vipers do consider other Vipers as family so they do have some sort of heart if they belong to this herd.

 The Pit Vipers herd grounds are in Summer's Touch, specifically near the Trash pits. They have a love of breaking things, the dumps provide them with plenty of unwanted things to break. The Vipers also dig reusing things and have built their homes with salvaged materials from the trash pits. There life is simple but its not a wanting one, they have electricity, running water, just there houses look a little junky but to them its home sweet home.
