With no home to call her own, Blepicorn hardly ever considered herself lost. Today, however, the unicorn found herself hopelessly lost. The town in which she stood, she'd never seen before, much less travelled to. It put the usually upbeat mare in a near frantic tizzy, considering her only companion--and life line in situations such as these--was nowhere to be seen. Perhaps the dragon had finally decided to abandon her in a place he knew she didn't know. The thought halted her hooves against the road beneath them, her ears folding back against her vibrant hair. She knew he could, doubted he would, but all the signs said he did. With a huff, the purple pony made her way to a bench and flopped ungraciously upon the wooden surface. “Stupid dragon…”

tab Riot Doll hadn't expected the thump behind him. The benches were pressed together, back to back. He had been glancing through his phone, eyes narrowed and mouth tight. The thump alarmed him, sending a shock of signals down his back as he tilted his head to try and make out the newcomer. Curiosity, like it often did, reached his eyes as he quirked an eyebrow. Whoever it was, they sounded rather dejected, and Riot was bored.
tab "s**t day?" He wasn't one for small talk -- not usually. But the irritating texts on his screen were enough for him to want outside company. He tucked his phone neatly into the messenger bag he carried, flipping it to silent on his way.

"OH!" The mare gasped, sitting up so quickly she nearly threw herself off the bench. Luckily, she recovered rather quickly and didn't end up on the ground for once. With an embarrassed chuckle, Blepicorn made a swipe at her bangs to smooth the fluffy tresses as she turned to the one that had spoken. Her eyes fell to the phone being slipped in the bag and she had a momentary thought of how she needed one of those. That, however, required money and money required a job. She had neither. "Yeeeaaahhhhh," she paused, "well, no not really, but I do think my friend may have, uh... left me here?" A frown crossed her lips, flitting across her features like fireflies through the darkness. Just as quickly, she replaced it with a brilliant smile, "I'm Blepicorn! You can call me Blep or Bleppy, though! It's really great to meet you!"

tab He twitched as she basically flew upwards. Impressive. He snorted lowly, head shaking.
tab "Sounds like a s**t friend," he hummed, noting her frown. Blunt as always, Riot Doll shifted in his seat to comfortably face her. "Riot Doll, most call me Riot. You lost? Need to call someone or get somewhere?" He'd been lost many times, although all of them had been related to more... dangerous situations.

Without hesitation, Blep nodded. “Seeyu isn't the best, but he's the closest I have to family,” she admitted softly, green gaze flickering off to the side as if she were once more searching the it surroundings for said dragon. Of course, had he heard her comment, the dragon is question would have scoffed and growled out some comment to offend her. He really wasn't a nice pony. Her eyes snapped back to him upon his offer. “Oh, no no no,” she laughed as if nothing was wrong, twisting on the seat so that she was now sitting backward on the bench, fully facing the pony opposite her. Her arms crossed over the back of the bench and she leaned forward, placing her chin in the bend of her elbow. “I don't, uhm… I don't really know how to work a phone? See… Seeyu lives out in the mountains and he's suuuuuuuper old style. No phones, none of those uh… Flat square things with the buttons on one side that ponies carry around… What're those called again?” Large eyes blinked at him, genuinely confused and searching for an answer. She could never remember the terms for technology because she never had to deal with them. She wasn't lying when she told him she and Seeyu lived out the middle of nowhere. Heck, she doubted that even if she did have a phone, it wouldn't work where they stayed. "Anyway," she began abruptly, apparently having dismissed the idea of technology rather easily. "I know Seeyu will come back sooooo... I probably shouldn't leave town." She pursed her lips, brow furrowing as she thought for a moment. "Do you live here, Riot? Could you show me around?" She perked up with each word until she was once again grinning that megawatt smile at him.

tab He didn't want to tell her what he honestly thought. Whoever that guy was, he wasn't coming back. Or, if he was, then he was still a d**k by Riot's standards. You don't leave someone clearly inept with basic technology in a place unknown. You just... don't. Riot also knew he had a temper, though. Perhaps her relationship with the other was something more profound than Riot could understand. Or maybe it was exactly as he assumed. s**t, what did he know? He didn't, really. And he had no room to talk.
tab He squinted at her, shrugging absently. Box with buttons on the side? The hell was that? Not a phone, right? Now he was stuck, eyes lost as he tried to answer her question before snapping to as she asked a new one. Show her around? Well, s**t, why not? It was better than whatever his plan of the day was.
tab "Sure," he grunted lowly, pushing off the bench and dusting himself off before pushing hair back from his face in one sweep. "You're lucky it's not drizzlin'. Or worse, rainin'. Or maybe you like that kind of stuff.... I do, at least. What do you wanna see?"

Blepicorn couldn't help the giggle that spilled from her as he squinted at her. Clearly, she'd confused him with her own confusion and she didn't want to be rude on top of it by laughing at him so she did her best to cover her mouth and hide her amusement. She didn't have to fight it off for long as he agreed to her next question, thankfully. With an excited squeak that had a slight flush rising to her cheeks because it was entirely unintentional, she hopped up from the bench as well. When she turned to face him again, she stopped, blinking up at him with a smile. "Wow... You're a lot taller than you looked!" Then again, she was probably just short. Like with most of their brief meeting, she didn't leave it at that for long. The unicorn pursed her lips, looking around with wide eyes. "I bet it's so peaceful here when it rains. I'd love to be here for it!" She giggled again as she threw her arms open and spun once, tilting her head to turn her face toward the sky. Her movement carried her a bit further away from him, a fact she noticed when she stopped to look at him again. "I, well... Show me what you like about the town!" She moved closer again. "Or are you one of those ponies that doesn't like anything except rain?" She teased lightly, rocking back on her hooves as she smiled up at him.

tab He laughed at her comment about his height. He'd heard it all already, mostly from his sister. For a moment his eyes narrowed in thought. What he liked about the town? Well, he liked the bars, for one. But he also enjoyed.... the gym. He couldn't bring her to that, could he? What fun was a gym?
tab Well, no, he had one idea she might like.
tab "Do you like music?" The answer seemed obvious, but you'd be surprised.

She was silent while he thought, taking a moment to look around a bit more. It was a nice place and a lot warmer than the town in which the winter festival had been held, thankfully! Though that charm had been very handy... The moment he spoke, she snapped back, wide eyes looking up to him as her smile got impossibly brighter. "I love music!"
