- Your herd should have something unique about it.
It can be something little, but it must be unique from other herds. You decide how serious or not the herd is, but it can't be the exact same as another herd already existing.
You need a clear post on what the herd is about.
We need to know what the herd does and why it's a herd! You can decide the rules behind the herd as long as they're restricted to in-character rules. You cannot require someone give you something physical to enter or participate (i.e, breeding babies, a pony, etc). Rules and punishments for breaking them must remain in-character.
It must fit shop lore.
Make sure the herd fits shop lore. You can't have a herd that is run by The Dreamer, nor can you have a herd that creates its own world. You CAN have a herd that believes something most don't, or a herd that pretends the world is something it isn't, but keep it to just that; fantasy.
