If the step does not hit anything, the energy leftover from the step bolster's the user's speed by [1] per rank of the technique capping off at [6] supreme for all applicable actions that following post.
Lightning Slash E-B : : Spiritual A special brand of Hatake ninjutsu that follows the general philosophy of their focus on weaponry, this technique focuses on creating an slash of condensed lightning chakra. With the flow of chakra, the user can channel the technique along their hands or weapon, temporarily coating the surface with crackling energy. With motion of the limb or weapon the lightning can then be created in a arc, extending beyond themselves into a large slash of electricity capable of cleaving through several feet of thick material at its strongest potency. This ability does not require the use of hand seals instead only needing the motion and chakra flow, due to this the Lightning Slash is able to be chained alongside any Formless or Tai/Bukijutsu attack they perform with this. This ability can be enhanced by a Hatake Augment, transferring the effects of such into this ninjutsu.

Lightning is formed in the palm of the user's hand with a high concentration of chakra. its sound is reminiscent to a thousand birds chirping, hence its name. This technique is difficult to control, its user requiring high perception in order to accurately strike a foe. However, the Hatake are accustomed to this technique and do not suffer from the normal drawbacks of the Chidori that non-clansmen use. Additionally, the Hatake can utilize the Chidori in varying power levels for different situations. This version of the Chidori can perform both bladed attacks as well as piercing strikes.
~ Chidori Senbon - E-A A technique derived from the Hatake's signature technique, Chidori Senbon uses the concentrated power of the Chidori and condenses it into needles. Like the Hatake's version of the Chidori, the Senbon created can vary in its power and adapt to suit the needs of the user at the time. These senbon can be created from as little as [20] senbon needles upwards to [100] needles, every 20 needles created per rank of this technique and every 20 needles representing [1] rank of power. This concentrated spear of the Chidori can extend outwards to a limit of [7] meters, and like the Hatake's version of the Chidori this condensed spear of lightning can cut as well as pierce a target. This technique can be channeled through a bladed weapon for ease of use while counting as its own jutsu for collisions. Anyone hit by this technique experience a sense of paralysis and adds an additional cost of [10] stamina burden (per rank of this jutsu) to all techniques the target uses for their next following post, this effect wears off at the end of that post and multiple applications/hits from this technique do not stack in the same post.
~ Chidori Nagashi - C-A This variation of the Chidori is largely shapeless and more freeform than other derived techniques of the parent technique. This jutsu takes the idea of condensed volatile chakra and expands upon it to affect a wider area to instead control a current externally away from the user's body. Releasing a pulse of chakra around the body with the user's hands as a guide, the Hatake can maintain a five meter zone of defense. This current can be controlled offensively as well, carrying the cutting properties of the technique to cut into anything within this zone of control or this can also cloak the user's limb or weapon and act as a second attack. This current automatically seeks out to attack those deemed hostile by the user, any person struck by this current of the Chidori will suffer [Level 2] Paralysis for a single post. This technique can be sustained and can utilize both Duration and Ignition Augments.
~ Raikiri - S The upgrade to the base technique, Chidori, the Raikiri is the strongest variant of the Chidori techniques. With flow of chakra to the hands, a condensed form of lightning is created within the hand with sparks dancing around its point of origin. This version of the Chidori is not only stronger but the attack itself can affect anything within a meter of the technique with full potency of the jutsu carrying through. This jutsu is famous for slicing a bolt of lightning in two, and its basis in this feat is very well achieved in that this specific technique ignores the Overwhelming trait of any Defensive techniques used against this.
~ True Raikiri - X [Training] While many adapt the Chidori for their own use, only the Hatake have truly mastered control over the Raikiri and thus upon learning the Raikiri, this can be trained in [30] posts to transform their attacks. They can utilize the Raikiri in place of Chidori as a C-S technique along all of its augments to carry the property of Raikiri's unique ability to ignore the Overwhelming Trait of Defensive Jutsu and each Augment used with the Raikiri replacement can be used at S-Rank. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raikiri (and only Raikiri) at S+ Rank upon this training.

Lightning Riposte •Rank - X • Complex • Instead of dispersing a Raiton Jutsu harmlessly with Lightning Field, the Hatake possess a second means to counter opposing Raiton Jutsu used against them. Countering an active Raiton attack, the user coats their hand or weapon in their own Raiton chakra equivalent to the opposing jutsu. The jutsu combines with the incoming technique as the user cuts through it and absorbs it into their own jutsu as if they had successfully defended against it. In the same motion, the user can then proceed to throw the jutsu at a new target by thrusting their hand or weapon at the new intended target, sending the same technique back with the combined force of this ability and the absorbed jutsu.

With flow of chakra to the hands, a condensed form of lightning is created within the hand with sparks dancing around its point of origin. This version of the Chidori is not only stronger but the attack itself can affect anything within a meter of the technique with full potency of the jutsu carrying through. This jutsu is famous for slicing a bolt of lightning in two, and its basis in this feat is very well achieved in that this specific technique ignores the Overwhelming trait of any Defensive techniques used against this.
~ True Raikiri - X [Training] While many adapt the Chidori for their own use, only the Hatake have truly mastered control over the Raikiri and thus upon learning the Raikiri, this can be trained in [30] posts to transform their attacks. They can utilize the Raikiri in place of Chidori as a C-S technique along all of its augments to carry the property of Raikiri's unique ability to ignore the Overwhelming Trait of Defensive Jutsu and each Augment used with the Raikiri replacement can be used at S-Rank. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raikiri (and only Raikiri) at S+ Rank upon this training.
Tools of the Trade
Call of Lightning •Rank - E • Spiritual • The user holds their hand out towards a weapon that is not under the influence of any other person or foreign chakra. The weapon targeted will be be surrounded by thin wisps of electricity that are connected to the user's hand, pulling the weapon back to themselves. Base range is 15 feet with an additional cost of [5] chakra for every additional 15 feet. Maximum range of 120 feet.
Lightning Step X : : Spiritual The user focuses their chakra, running electrical energy throughout their body, energizing it for a chakra enhanced step. The user's body is pushed [10] feet per rank in a straight line that this jutsu is used, sending them into a sudden burst of speed. This burst of movement doubles as an attack and defensive maneuver, striking all along the Hatake's path and ending if it clashes with a same ranked attack. If the step does not hit anything, the energy leftover from the step bolster's the user's speed by [1] per rank of the technique capping off at [6] supreme for all applicable actions that following post.
Lightning Field •Rank - X • Spiritual • The user projects their chakra out of their body causing a field of electricity ten feet around them in any direction by using a one handed sign. The electrical current in the air immobilizes all ninja tools and ranged elemental ninjutsu up to its rank. Additionally it redirects equal ranked Raiton and below to be harmless, ignoring their overwhelming trait unless the tech is S+ or influenced by Senjutsu or Jinchuuriki chakra. This technique has no effect against Fuuton based attacks, has a [2] post CD if used to block a Ranged Ninjutsu with the Overwhelming tag.
Lightning Riposte •Rank - X • Complex • Instead of dispersing a Raiton Jutsu harmlessly with Lightning Field, the Hatake possess a second means to counter opposing Raiton Jutsu used against them. Countering an active Raiton attack, the user coats their hand or weapon in their own Raiton chakra equivalent to the opposing jutsu. The jutsu combines with the incoming technique as the user cuts through it and absorbs it into their own jutsu as if they had successfully defended against it. In the same motion, the user can then proceed to throw the jutsu at a new target by thrusting their hand or weapon at the new intended target, sending the same technique back with the combined force of this ability and the absorbed jutsu.
Conduction Seal • Rank - C • Spiritual • The seal is prepared prior onto the Hatake's hands/gloves or a weapon. Activating this technique allows the the Hatake to store a Hatake or Raiton technique into the gloves or weapon. Charging the seal takes an activation and costs [C-rank] chakra in addition to the cost of the technique being stored. The seal can store said technique for maximum of six posts. Due to its meticulous nature only two Conduction Seals can be active (as in storing a technique) at any given time. Releasing the stored technique can only be done during the Hatake's post but releasing the already prepared technique is a supplementary activation. Once [2] Conduction Seals have been primed, this technique has a [3] post CD and cannot be used again until the current Seals have been expended.

After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide. Each homing serpent take one [1] B-Ranked amount of chakra at minimum, but up to three [3] can be made per activation. Serpent will follow the opponent until they hit something, whether it's the opponent or something else. If used with Doro Houshi, the doton's technique is increased by one [1] rank in strength.

[b]▰ Gufuu Suika no Jutsu [ Typhoon Water Vortex Technique ] | Rank B [/b] Gufuu Suika no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique using both the Wind and Water Elements. This technique is a combo Jutsu used by Yamato and Naruto combing two of their elemental attacks. Yamato will use Hahonryuu, a Water attack, and Naruto will use his Wind Rasengan. Combined together they form a swirling typhoon attack, capable of repelling a strong Fire and Wind attack. The user forms a Fuuton Rasengan while a partner readies Hahonryuu. The two then combine and launch their techniques via Korabo Ninjutsu, creating a powerful defense against even bolstered Katon attacks. Requires one shinobi knowing Fuuton Rasengan and another knowing Hahonryuu, and B-Ranked Korabo Ninjutsu training. However the techniques combined are A-rank in strength.
[b]▰ Baku Suishouha [ Bursting Water Collision Waves ] | Rank B [/b] Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of Jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves. This is a water creation technique, and produces enough water to fill a large pond. The water can be further manipulated through Formless Ninjutsu or other Suiton techniques.
[b]▰ Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu [ Drilling Water Spears ] | Rank B [/b] Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to launch a surprise attack. Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of elemental techniques, or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Creates [5] large spears.
[b]▰ Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ] | Rank B [/b] Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below. Each shark can only attack once before dissipating, but will remain until they attack or are dispelled.

Using his ability to transform his body into water, Suigetsu will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his head cleaver sword. Shaping water around the user's arm gives a heavy increase to strength when using that limb. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

[b]▰ Mizu Funkei [ Water Decapitation ] | Rank B [/b] A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user.
[b]▰ Mizu Kawarimi [ Water Replacement ] | Rank B [/b] Mizu Kawarimi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shizuku under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced Chakra. While in his enhanced form, Shizuku can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks. The user’s body becomes water that can be manipulated at will, making them temporarily unharmed by physical attacks. However, they are very susceptible to elemental attacks. Elemental attacks of one rank lower can harm the user. Doton techniques of two [2] ranks lower can harm the user. Even Katon can harm the user if of the same rank or higher. The user may use their body as a source of water for Suiton techniques.
[b]▰ Karada no Kanzen Shoushitsu [ Body’s Complete Disappearance ] | Rank B [/b] This technique is typically used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead. If it successfully activates, the opponent’s body is crushed completely by a torrent of water and can never be recovered. In addition, all knowledge from the person affected will be transferred to the user's body, giving him or her vital information about bloodlines, clans, or techniques. This technique allows the user to learn one of the techniques, custom or otherwise so long as the user has the requirements, of the person they have killed.
[b]▰ Sensatsu Suishou [ Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death ] | Rank B [/b] The user will hold a single hand sign, and then gather water from existing bodies of water or molecules in the air in preparation. The water will then rise into the air, where it will take the form of long senbon needles. The senbon can be held stationary in the air for as long as the user sees fit, but after they have been launched, they cannot be stopped, except by outside forces. It should also be noted that the user may create any number of senbon, from one [1] to one thousand [1,000], using this technique. The strength of each individual senbon weakens as more are created, totally B-rank damage regardless of number.
[b]▰ Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon [ Devil’s Domain Water Torture ] | Rank B [/b] A skill which has to be used when the opponent is in the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flows through the water, causing a large part of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave.
[b]▰ Mizu no Yaiba Rendan [ Water Blade Barrage ] | Rank B [/b] A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent, leaving terrible wounds upon their body.
[b]▰ Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ] [/b] A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath.
[b]▰ Suiton: Hashira Kakomu [ Water Release: Pillar Encirclement ] [/b] The user creates four water pillars which then circle around the user as a protective barrier. . Requires a source of water. Also acts as a viable source for other Suiton that need water sources, without degrading itself. Can block up to B-rank projectiles.

Hatake Clan: Born from the midst of the chaotic first Shinobi war that forged the Leaf Village, the Hatake clan was one of the founding members of the village. Time and time again their stoic personality and great capacity for intelligence earned them the respect of their colleges. Loyal to a fault, they served as the moral watchdogs for the Leaf through all of it's trials and tribulations.Their affinity for the lightning element makes them formidable by itself, however their clan having first formed the Chidori technique, they excel with it's exploitation and are able to use it much more freely than their standard ninja opponents.
Notes:
• Hatake are auto-pacted with the Dogs/Canines Summoning contract, they do not consume a slot for Animal Sage Mode. They cannot acquire Sage Mode of other animal types in this matter. • Lightning Attuned - When the Hatake Clansman takes either [Bloodknight] of Bloodline Class or [Specialist] of Ninjutsu class, they apply the Overwhelming Trait to all Raiton Ninjutsu and Bloodline Techniques. Only full-blooded members of the Clan apply this trait, this cannot be accessed by Implant or Dual Ancestry. If the Hatake takes [Specialist] then only Raiton can be made overwhelming in this matter and does not benefit additional elements as per [Specialist]'s effect nor do they acquire the extra ninjutsu of [Specialist] either.
Optional PA's:
• Hatake's Fury: Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu slots per body rank for raiton techniques. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raiton based techniques with single handed seals. • Chidori Specialist: Grants [3] custom techniques to be used as variants of Chidori, these custom jutsu are considered a Chidori Variant. The user may also apply clan Augment techniques to Chidori, Chidori Variant and Raikiri Jutsu. In addition, the user's chidori techniques bypass all armor entirely. Raikiri is considered a Chidori Variant technique. Only techniques with the name [Chidori] or [Raikiri] are effected by this PA. • Sonic Boom: Lightning based techniques used by the Hatake are granted a concussive blast in the form of a sonic boom upon impact. This concussive blast has a range of five feet per rank of the parent technique. Those within the area of the blast have a knock-back effect applied if their body rank is lower than the parent technique. In addition, deafness is applied upon impact for two posts.

Way of the Hatake Rank: E :: Passive Description The clan member can convert simple Formless Taijutsu and Bukijutsu to complex techniques, this adds the lightning element to all the user's techniques. In addition, Formless complex and spiritual techniques gain this lightning affinity as well if specified when utilizing the technique.
Call of Lightning Rank: E :: Spiritual | Variable Description: The user holds their hand out towards a weapon that is not under the influence of any other person or foreign chakra. The weapon targeted will be be surrounded by thin wisps of electricity that are connected to the user's hand, pulling the weapon back to themselves. This can be used at C rank to apply a rapid spinning effect to the blade the blade, slicing anyone in it's path. By paying an A rank amount of chakra, the user may treat this as a Chidori technique, applying it's cutting effects and other abilities to the blade while it whirls through the air, safely landing back in their hand.
Lightning Step Rank: X :: Complex Description: The user channels raiton chakra through their body, as they step forward. The charged step allows the user to move forward in a straight line. The user may move ten feet at E rank and an additional five per rank after that. This speedy action is able to be used both defensively and offensively, allowing the opponent to evade attacks while charging at their opponent. If the user does not make physical contact with the foe along this straight path, they gain a slight increase in speed their following post per rank of the technique.
Lightning Field Rank: X :: Spiritual Description: The user projects their chakra out of their body causing a field of electricity spanning ten feet in any direction. The electrical current in the air takes hold of projectiles and raiton techniques within its range and allows the user to throw them back at their sources. This technique may only be used on techniques lower in rank and potency than itself.
Lightning Riposte Rank: X :: Spiritual Description: The user combats an incoming Raiton technique of the opponent's with a complex or spiritual Bukijutsu/Taijutsu technique. When clashing with the incoming attack, the user treats the opponent's technique as a Korabo partner, returning it at the opponent with it's new found strength. This requires the Korabo technique be known by the user and they must be able to use techniques equal to the total rank of the created combination. This technique's chakra cost must be paid atop the combined techniques but requires no activation.
Chidori Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: The signature base skill of the Hatake Clan. Chidori uses it's elemental manipulation to create a powerful electrical chakra that crackles and surrounds the user's hand. This technique generates a high pitched chirping noise, giving it the name, Chidori. This version of the Chidori is able to be freely used, slashing and thrusting at an opponent to augment their attacks with fierce piercing abilities that treat defensive Ninjutsu or spiritual armor (such as Kaiser Armor) as one rank lower, has no effect on normal armor unless altered by its associated PA. Flesh, bone and even metals easily give way to the cutting and piercing abilities of this technique. This technique requires an upkeep cost two ranks below it's original cost per post it remains active.
Chidori Eisou Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: Another variation of the Chidori that manipulates the lightning chakra into a long, slender spear. This concentrated spear of the Chidori can extend outwards to a limit of five feet per rank, and like the Hatake's version of the Chidori this condensed spear of lightning can cut as well as pierce a target. This technique can be channeled through a bladed weapon for ease of use while counting an independent technique for collisions. Anyone stricken by this technique at C Rank suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis]. B-A Rank cause [Tier 2]. This technique has an upkeep of chakra two ranks below it's original cost per post.
Chidori Senbon Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: A technique derived from the Hatake's signature technique, Chidori. This technique applies the piercing abilities of it's parent technique to projectile needle bolts of lightning. Twenty needles are created for each rank of this technique, and can all be cast in a singular direction or in an expanding circle as a wave of senbon around the user. When attacking multiple opponents with the waves of senbon, each person being attacked must defend with a technique equal in rank and potency to this one. Each senbon carries the piercing abilities of Chidori, meaning that exposed and unguarded flesh will be pierced with ease. For every five needles that penetrate a target's flesh, they have a slight decrease to their reflexive descriptive for three posts.
Chidori Nagashi Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: The user spreads their arms, releasing a raging mass of electrical arcs that carry the chidori properties, surrounding the body. This pulse of cutting and piercing potential travels five feet per rank of the technique. When used offensively, it carries the cutting properties of the technique to cut into anything within this zone of control. As an alternative offensive method, this can also cloak the user's limb or weapon and act as a second attack in collisions. Used defensively, this technique automatically seeks out to attack those deemed hostile by the user, any person struck by this current of the Chidori will suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis] at C Rank and [Tier 2] in B-A Ranks. This technique requires an upkeep cost of chakra two ranks below the technique's original casted rank. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.
Raijin's Blade - Augment Rank: C :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels chakra into their limb and any weapon they might be holding, augmenting their Complex or Spiritual Taijutsu or Bukijutsu techniques along with Complex Formless Hard & Weapon techniques for six posts. This imbues the blade with a white hot electrical chakra that saps targets of a slight speed and reflex descriptive per rank of the parent technique each time contact is made for three posts, refreshing the duration if additional contact is made while this technique is in effect. This reduction in DR can only be applied to a single technique per post. Techniques A rank and above used with this skill remove an activation from the target the following post. This technique does not apply any additional damage to augmented techniques. Does not affect Simple Techniques.
Raijin's Spear Rank: B-S :: Spiritual Description: The user clenches their hand, forming a long spear of raiton chakra that shares similarities with that of Chidori Eisou, however this remains a separate technique. Those who look upon the blindly bright spear suffer [Tier 1 Blindness]. This six foot electric spear is then able to be launched at an opponent, traveling until making physical impact. At any time during the flight of the spear, the user may form a single hand sign for no activation, causing the spear to separate into a maximum of four spears, dividing the technique's power in half of its resource each time (Ex: S Spear becomes 2 A-Ranked projectiles, each can split into 2 B-Ranked Projecties). Each time the spear is divided, the new spear may choose a new trajectory.
Lightning Edge - Augment Rank: A :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels an additional A Rank amount of chakra into their Complex and Spiritual Bukijutsu, Taijutsu or Complex Formless techniques, adding an additional B rank amount of damage when interacting with techniques. In addition, if the parent technique strikes a foe, their Fortitude DR are negated for the collision. This supplementary action has a single post cool down.
Cutting Edge - Augment Rank: S :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels an additional S Rank amount of chakra into their Complex and Spiritual Bukijutsu, Taijutsu and Complex Formless techniques. This ranked chakra impacts techniques before the technique collides with the technique, allowing the user's melee attack to continue with their action. This supplementary action has a three post cool down.
Raikiri Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: The culmination of the Clan's skill. Raikiri is renown for giving it's users the ability to cleave lightning bolts in half. Their chosen hand or weapon is coated in a blindingly bright electrical chakra that chirps as the parent technique does. Anyone looking at this technique as it is in motion suffers [Tier 1 Blindness]. The user rushes forward, slicing through their target in an instant. Upon contact, this technique slices through techniques, armors ( spiritual, Ninjutsu) as though they were one rank lower, has no effect on physical armor unless augmented by appointed PA. Opponent's stricken by this single action assassination technique suffer [Tier 3 Paralysis] which applies to the entire body. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.
Hatake Shift Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: A two part technique that builds off of Lightning Step, a shunshin dash and electrical jutsu.The user moves at such a speed that they accelerate at body ficker speeds, launching themselves up to fifty feet from their current position as a bolt of lightning, rendering the user unable to be hit during the transition. With their super charged raiton chakra laced with volatile energy trailing them from their starting and stopping points and striking the ground just as they appear in their new location. This bolt of lightning creates a concussive explosion that is mixed with the mass of expanding arcs of lightning, similar to that of Chidori Nagashi. This, however, expands fifty feet shredding those within its range with deep lacerations. This jutsu consumes an activation of Shunshin when used. Only the movement used to maneuver the user in place takes place at body flicker speeds, the rest of this attack remains unboosted. Alternatively, the Hatake can utilize this shunshin movement to internalize the generated power and upon coming out of the shift, they invigorate their strength and speed by a supreme amount for this and the following post, this method still consumes a shunshin use.

Conduction Seal Rank: C :: Spiritual Description: The user prepares a seal upon their hand or weapon, paying the cost of this technique along side of any single Lightning based technique they have access to. By doing so, the user may seal the specified technique within the mark. This seal is activated by paying an E Rank amount of chakra without use of an activation. This releases the technique, casting it at it's sealed rank and power. Techniques sealed in this manner may be used for Korabo with other techniques. Only two seals may be in use at once and techniques still adhere to the caster's normal offensive activation limits. Activations for sealed jutsu are considered supplementary if they're used in the Korabo system.

Gains an extra rank of chakra and power for every extra shinobi that it passes through before returning to the user.
[b]▰ Flickering Light [ Touei no Jutsu ] | Rank E [/b] Charging electrical Chakra throughout the entire body, the Shinobi makes his or her skin light up brightly. With an additional five Chakra, the user can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five Chakra allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can blind anyone who looks directly at him or her for a post.
[b]▰ Lightning Clone [ Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank E [/b] A typical clone, formed from lightning. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into a burst of electricity. It is also able to attack using Taijutsu; however, its ability to attack is around 1/10 the user’s. In return for this weakness, its attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
[b]▰ Static Strings [ Seidenki Ito no Jutsu ] | Rank E [/b] This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. The strings can then be used to detect movement: the static strings form into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walks through the strings. When this happens, the user will immediately feel a small shock where the strings make contact with the body.
[b]▰ Electrical Resistance Training [ Teikou no Kuntou ] | Rank E [i]Passive[/i] [/b] A passive skill that prevents the user from being harmed inadvertently from the creation of the Raiton Chakra used in his or her own techniques. A person who doesn't learn this skill will generally feel pain when performing their own Raiton techniques, whereas one who learns this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly. [b]▰ Cloud Wisp [ Ichijou no Kumo no Jutsu ] | Rank D [/b] By forming Raiton Chakra into his or her hands, the user creates a cloud that is infused with Chakra. The formation process takes a post, and after the cloud is complete the user transfers all of his or her consciousness to the cloud to take control of it. While controlling the cloud, the user can see and hear from the perspective of the cloud. Destroying the cloud is very easy: physical attacks, Ninjutsu, almost anything can dispel the technique, returning the user to consciousness, but if one were to use Genjutsu on the cloud it would immediately dispel and the user would be afflicted with the Genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
[b]▰ Lightning Bolt [ Rakurai no Jutsu ] | Rank D [/b] A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary hand seals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks and numbness in the area it strikes.
[b]▰ Lightning Transformation [ Raikou Henge no Jutsu ] | Rank D [/b] When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. The transformation automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target: being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may cause temporary paralysis [lasting one post]. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterward. This technique can be used in conjunction with other Jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. The user can dispel the technique at any time.
[b]▰ Current Transfer Technique [ Nagare Tensou no Jutsu ] | Rank D [/b] The user creates an electrical current in his or her hand; this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he or she happens to be holding at that moment, be it a Kunai, Senbon, Shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he or she performs is charged with this electrical current; if he or she blocks a weapon attack with a weapon, the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon, he or she can transfer the current into the opponent's weapon or can directly hit him with this current to shock the target.
[size=10][b]▰ Earth Flash [ Jibashiri ] | Rank C [/b] Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After soaking her opponent with a Suiton, Fuuka will unleash an electric current which will run along the ground towards her opponent. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will unleash an electric current that will follow a trail of water until it hits something. If there is no water, the electric current will only move in a single direction. The current has a strong enough shock that it can cause temporary paralysis [lasting one post] and minor burns.
[b]▰ Wave of Inspiration [ Kangekiha ] | Rank C [/b] Kangekiha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Darui will first create a protective wall of water using his or her Suijinheki Jutsu. He will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will shoot a bolt of electricity in to a small body of water or Suiton technique, permeating it with electricity. The electricity is strong enough to stun anyone that comes in to contact with the water. Further clarification: Going through a well known conductor will negate the elemental weakness.
[b]▰ Electric Overdose [ Dendou Karyou ] | Rank C [/b] The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the Chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him or her and the target’s weight doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.
[b]▰ Twitching Limb [ Hikuhiku Eda ] | Rank C [/b] An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his or her hand, making the Chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his or her opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.
[b]▰ Lightning Blast [ Raikou Hitofuki ] | Rank C [i]Augment[/i] [/b] An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this Jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor. Requires knowing Raikurai no Jutsu [Lightning Bolt Technique to learn. Learning this technique takes up the same slot as the standard form, but either version can be used, for different costs.
[b]▰ Control Loss [ Seishuu Sonshitsu ] | Rank C [/b] After forming electricity into the dominant hand, the user delivers a palm strike to the target’s body. The voltage of this particular technique is high enough that the target loses control of the bowels and bladder, causing a rather distracting mess in the undergarments.
[b]▰ Blade Technique [ Yaiba no Jutsu ] | Rank C [/b] The user charges Raiton Chakra in the palm. The Chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's Chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, and as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy, but because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing major damage if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held. The blade can be held continuously for half the original cost in chakra per post.
[b]▰ Swarm of Hummingbirds [ Hachidori no Mure ] | Rank C [/b] After activation, the technique causes various sparks of lightning to appear in the air. Within moments they transform into humming birds, giving off a loud humming sound. The humming birds will then rush the opponent, and can spread out to hit multiple targets. They can cause minor electrical shocks and numbness at the point of contact. Creates between 5 and 10 birds.
[b]▰ Electric Explosion [ Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu ] | Rank C [/b] After creating the needed hand seals, the user causes all Lightning Clones that are under his or her control to explode in a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them and inflicting tremendous pain.
[b]▰ Lightning Beam [ Raikou Kousen ] | Rank C [i]Augment[/i] [/b] The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before( five meters in width ), and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this Jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned for one [1] post after the Jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this Jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This Jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user. Requires knowing Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu [Lightning Blast Technique] to learn. This is an upgrade for Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu, and takes its place once learned.
[b]▰ Cloud Shield [ Kumo no Tate ] | Rank C [/b] After flashing a series of hand seals, the Shinobi uses Chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him or her into a thick, Chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud-like lightning. This barrier blocks weapon attacks and projectile Ninjutsu C-Ranked or lower. Can be used continuously for half the original cost per post.
[b]▰ Electric Needle Spread [ Dendou Hari Fukyuu ] | Rank C [/b] The user begins to grow needles of electricity all over the front area of his or her body. Anyone using a Taijutsu on the user at this point from the front side will get a slight sting. Once the needles have grown for two posts, the user then forms one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver in a forward direction. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.

Hatake Clan: Born from the midst of the chaotic first Shinobi war that forged the Leaf Village, the Hatake clan was one of the founding members of the village. Time and time again their stoic personality and great capacity for intelligence earned them the respect of their colleges. Loyal to a fault, they served as the moral watchdogs for the Leaf through all of it's trials and tribulations.Their affinity for the lightning element makes them formidable by itself, however their clan having first formed the Chidori technique, they excel with it's exploitation and are able to use it much more freely than their standard ninja opponents.
Notes:
• Hatake are auto-pacted with the Dogs/Canines Summoning contract, they do not consume a slot for Animal Sage Mode. • Clan techniques can apply Ninjutsu Specialist Discipline to this bloodline's techniques. • Requires Lightning Element • Clan members may learn an additional [1] Raiton and [1] Bukijutsu technique per post. • The Raiton Techniques the user performs appear the same color as the user's chakra.
Optional PA's:
• Hatake's Fury: Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 ninjutsu slots for raiton techniques. • Chidori Specialist: Grants [3] custom techniques to be used as variants of Chidori. The user may apply clan augment techniques to Chidori based techniques. In addition, the user's chidori techniques bypass armor. • Sonic Boom: Lightning based techniques used by the Hatake are granted a concussive blast in the form of a sonic boom upon impact. This concussive blast has a range of five feet per rank of the parent technique. Those within the area of the blast have a knock-back effect applied if their body rank is lower than the parent technique. In addition, deafness is applied upon impact for two posts.
Techniques:
Way of the Hatake Rank: E :: Passive Description The clan member can convert simple formless taijutsu and bukijutsu to complex techniques, this adds the lightning element to all the user's techniques. In addition, formless complex and spiritual techniques gain this lightning affinity as well if specified when utilizing the technique.
Call of Lightning Rank: E :: Spiritual | Variable Description: The user holds their hand out towards a weapon that is not under the influence of any other person or foreign chakra. The weapon targeted will be be surrounded by thin wisps of electricity that are connected to the user's hand, pulling the weapon back to themselves. This can be used at C rank to apply a rapid spinning effect to the blade the blade, slicing anyone in it's path. By paying an A rank amount of chakra, the user may treat this as a Chidori technique, applying it's cutting effects and other abilities to the blade while it whirls through the air, safely landing back in their hand.
Lightning Step Rank: X :: Complex Description: The user channels raiton chakra through their body, as they step forward. The charged step allows the user to move forward in a straight line. The user may move ten feet at E rank and an additional five per rank after that. This speedy action is able to be used both defensively and offensively, allowing the opponent to evade attacks while charging at their opponent. If the user does not make physical contact with the foe along this straight path, they gain a slight increase in speed their following post per rank of the technique.
Lightning Field Rank: X :: Spiritual Description: The user projects their chakra out of their body causing a field of electricity spanning ten feet in any direction. The electrical current in the air takes hold of projectiles and raiton techniques within it's range and allows the user to throw them back at their sources. This technique may only be used on techniques lower in rank and potency than itself.
Lightning Riposte Rank: X :: Spiritual Description: The user combats an incoming Raiton technique of the opponent's with a complex or spiritual Bukijutsu/Taijutsu technique. When clashing with the incoming attack, the user treats the opponent's technique as a Korabo partner, returning it at the opponent with it's new found strength. This requires the Korabo technique be known by the user and they must be able to use techniques equal to the total rank of the created combination. This technique's chakra cost must be paid atop the combined techniques but requires no activation.
Conduction Seal Rank: C :: Spiritual Description: The user prepares a seal upon their hand or weapon, paying the cost of this technique along side of any single Lightning based technique they have access to. By doing so, the user may seal the specified technique within the mark. This seal is activated by paying an E Rank amount of chakra without use of an activation. This releases the technique, casting it at it's sealed rank and power. Techniques sealed in this manner may be used for Korabo with other techniques. Only two seals may be in use at once and techniques still adhere to the caster's normal offensive activation limits. Activations for sealed jutsu are considered supplementary if they're used in the Korabo system.
Chidori Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: The signature base skill of the Hatake Clan. Chidori uses it's elemental manipulation to create a powerful electrical chakra that crackles and surrounds the user's hand. This technique generates a high pitched chirping noise, giving it the name, Chidori. This version of the Chidori is able to be freely used, slashing and thrusting at an opponent to augment their attacks with fierce piercing abilities that treat defensive ninjutsu or spiritual armor (such as Kaiser Armor) as one rank lower, has no effect on normal armor unless altered by its associated PA. Flesh, bone and even metals easily give way to the cutting and piercing abilities of this technique. This technique requires an upkeep cost two ranks below it's original cost per post it remains active.
Chidori Eisou Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: Another variation of the Chidori that manipulates the lightning chakra into a long, slender spear. This concentrated spear of the Chidori can extend outwards to a limit of five feet per rank, and like the Hatake's version of the Chidori this condensed spear of lightning can cut as well as pierce a target. This technique can be channeled through a bladed weapon for ease of use while counting an independent technique for collisions. Anyone stricken by this technique at C Rank suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis]. B-A Rank cause [Tier 2]. This technique has an upkeep of chakra two ranks below it's original cost per post.
Chidori Senbon Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: A technique derived from the Hatake's signature technique, Chidori. This technique applies the piercing abilities of it's parent technique to projectile needle bolts of lightning. Twenty needles are created for each rank of this technique, and can all be cast in a singular direction or in an expanding circle as a wave of senbon around the user. When attacking multiple opponents with the waves of senbon, each person being attacked must defend with a technique equal in rank and potency to this one. Each senbon carries the piercing abilities of Chidori, meaning that exposed and unguarded flesh will be pierced with ease. For every five needles that penetrate a target's flesh, they have a slight decrease to their reflexive descriptive for three posts.
Chidori Nagashi Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: The user spreads their arms, releasing a raging mass of electrical arcs that carry the chidori properties, surrounding the body. This pulse of cutting and piercing potential travels five feet per rank of the technique. When used offensively, it carries the cutting properties of the technique to cut into anything within this zone of control. As an alternative offensive method, this can also cloak the user's limb or weapon and act as a second attack in collisions. Used defensively, this technique automatically seeks out to attack those deemed hostile by the user, any person struck by this current of the Chidori will suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis] at C Rank and [Tier 2] in B-A Ranks. This technique requires an upkeep cost of chakra two ranks below the technique's original casted rank. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.
Raijin's Spear Rank: B-S :: Spiritual Description: The user clenches their hand, forming a long spear of raiton chakra that shares similarities with that of Chidori Eisou, however this remains a separate technique. Those who look upon the blindly bright spear suffer [Tier 1 Blindness]. This six foot electric spear is then able to be launched at an opponent, traveling until making physical impact. At any time during the flight of the spear, the user may form a single hand sign for no activation, causing the spear to separate into a maximum of four spears, dividing the technique's power in half of its resource each time (Ex: S Spear becomes 2 A-Ranked projectiles, each can split into 2 B-Ranked Projecties). Each time the spear is divided, the new spear may choose a new trajectory.
Raijin's Blade Rank: B :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels chakra into their blade, augmenting their bukijutsu techniques or formless bukijutsu for six posts. This imbues the blade with a white hot electrical chakra that saps targets of a slight speed and reflex descriptive per rank of the parent technique each time contact is made for three posts, refreshing the duration if additional contact is made while this technique is in effect. This reduction in DR can only be applied to a single technique per post. Techniques A rank and above used with this skill remove an activation from the target the following post.
Lightning Edge Rank: A :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels an additional A Rank amount of chakra into their bukijutsu or taijutsu techniques, adding an additional B rank amount of damage when interacting with techniques. In addition, if the parent technique strikes a foe, their Fortitude DR are negated for the collision.
Cutting Edge Rank: S :: Spiritual | Supplementary Description: The user channels an additional S Rank amount of chakra into their bukijutsu or taijutsu techniques. This ranked chakra impacts techniques before the technique collides with the technique, allowing the user's melee attack to continue with their action. This supplementary action has a three post cool down.
Raikiri Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: The culmination of the Clan's skill. Raikiri is renown for giving it's users the ability to cleave lightning bolts in half. Their chosen hand or weapon is coated in a blindingly bright electrical chakra that chirps as the parent technique does. Anyone looking at this technique as it is in motion suffers [Tier 1 Blindness]. The user rushes forward, slicing through their target in an instant. Upon contact, this technique slices through techniques, armors ( spiritual, physical and ninjutsu) as though they were one rank lower. Opponent's stricken by this single action assassination technique suffer [Tier 3 Paralysis] which applies to the entire body. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.
Hatake Shift Rank: S+ :: Spiritual Description: The user moves at such a speed that they accelerate at body ficker speeds, launching themselves up to fifty feet from their current position as a bolt of lightning, rendering the user unable to be hit during the transition. With their super charged raiton chakra laced with volatile energy trailing them from their starting and stopping points and striking the ground just as they appear in their new location. This bolt of lightning creates a concussive explosion that is mixed with the mass of expanding arcs of lightning, similar to that of Chidori Nagashi. This, however, expands fifty feet shredding those within its range with deep lacerations. This jutsu consumes an activation of Shunshin when used.
True Raikiri Rank: S+ :: Training Description: While many adapt the Chidori for their own use, only the Hatake have truly mastered control over the Raikiri and thus upon learning the Raikiri, this can be trained in [10] posts to transform their attacks. They can utilize the Raikiri in place of Chidori as a C-S technique. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raikiri at S+ Rank upon this training. Tiers of Paralysis at lower ranks is reduced to Tier 1 at C rank, Tier 2 at B-A Rank. S+ Ranked Raikiri can inflict Tier 4 Paralysis.
Death Hand - Grapple The Clench of Death - Just one touch and it's over.
∫ The Death Hand's creation was made by perhaps the most unlikely of fighters. To capture, bind and crush is the goal of the Death Hand with energy enhanced grips, grab and grapples to defensive sleights of the hand and take downs similar to that of wrestling with little movement involved - only pure strength. Its practice isn't widespread and its invention has came to be known only by the mangled flesh left behind this devil of the night. The Death Hand was invented by the Dawn Elf, Adiel Aldaval.
The Death Hand teaches basic grapples and other associated moves but it does not focus on strength, rather energy consumption in order to amplify strength in ways that prove to be deadly.

∫ This is the first step to perfecting the art of the Death Hand, practicing manipulating energy to the hands is key. Teachings of common grapples and grabs are followed with this stage.
Coil E A simple grapple technique that aims to clasp one's hand(s) over a section of an opponent's body. Energy is applied to their hand(s) to augment the grabbing power that can easily bruise someone with a lower strength than the user. Typical points to aim for are the joints, wrists, and even the neck to choke an enemy.
Aided Grapple E An energy assisted grapple to where the user is assisted in grappling a target as if they were a magnet to the opponent's body, allowing them to latch on with ease with their hands. This can be used in conjuration with other techniques of the Death Hand Style.
Parry D One of the few defensive techniques in this style that focus on the hands. When an enemy goes for a punch, kick or a blunt attack with a weapon they can touch without harm with their hands, this comes into play. With energy assisted to the hands, the user shuffles into the victim's attacking range and swats at their weapon or weapon hand to bat away the weapon. Take in consideration of both energy and strength when using this.

∫ The teachings of grapples remain thus the same, stick to the basics of wrestling and other similar methods of grappling. However this stage focuses on the user's defensive qualities as well as honing energy usage in grapples.
Vice D An upgraded form to grapple another opponent that can start to hurt an opponent a lot worse than a simple 'Coil'. When using Vice, the user's energy is applied to a grapple and amplifies their strength by a margin to where it'll bruise even those with equal or high strength (common sense plays about here.) This is more painful and more stronger but it isn't Death Hand worthy as of yet.
Dislocate C When used with Coil or Vice, this is a specialized skill taught that aims to not only apply pain when grappling but to disable a target upon doing so. While not strong enough to break bone, this technique is an energy supplied skill that uses the user's own strength to magnify their grappling in addition to some technique. When used on a limb (from fingers and toes to elbows and even the shoulder), the user uses a technique in their skill set to dislocate the bone out from its socket. An opposing enemy's strength does not come into account of dislocation but comes into account of resisting grapples. Dislocated joints and bones can be healed by potions, self-repair (its possible to snap ones joints back into place, but common sense must take place) and by medics and clerics. Energy is used to be able to make this harder to resist.
Redirect C One of the other defensive skills listed in the Death Hand style that comes in handy when dealing with an overpowering opponent or multiple foes. When an opponent commences an attack, the user maneuvers in with a grapple to be able to set them off balance or disrupt their attack altogether with a redirection parry to send their entire body off balance. This can be anywhere to shoving, throwing (pulling them and making them run another direction) or tripping them. Energy is made to amplify the user's strength, making this skill harder to resist.

∫ The user is being taught more in depth grapples and take down techniques with being able to dislocate and further amplify their energy grabs to agonizing levels. Both offensive and defensive styles are taught at this level. From this point on, this is the last step of a Death Hand practitioner's defensive abilities.
Crab Grip B Another upgrade of the grappling techniques to where more energy is supplied to the user's hands to make their attacks all the more deadly. In relevance, the user's hands start to feel like claws digging into the flesh as the channeling energy applies more pressure to the focal area. The grip starts to break the skin of a victim and tear the muscle. Again, strength must be taken into account. This skill bypasses a Berserker's Iron Form. Disarm B The final and most useful defensive technique of the death hand style. When an opponent comes in for an attack, the user readies them self and uses their known skill set of grapples and applies it to weaponry itself. Breaker A One of the pinnacle skill sets of the Death Hand style and probably one of the most used skills in Death Hand. Much like dislocate, the user takes ahold of an opponent and Crab Hand must be activated in order for this to be truly effective. By using maneuvers and raw strength of energy, the user is now capable of snapping bones and cause further damage than just dislocation. If done with a bear hug over an enemy's ribcage or the neck, death is likely to occur.
Guillotine A The user's hands have came a long way since the introduction of energy usage to common grabs and grapples. Now the user has honed their energy usage to where their hands are much like miniature guillotines in comparison. While only an analogy, the user's strength is so well amplified and focused with energy, their grip is like a dull sword digging into flesh. Armored foes will feel this intense pressure and thing a sword had turned into a hand. The sheer pressure breaks the skin, tears muscles and even bruises bones if applied long enough for lacerations. The favored target is, of course, the neck or groin for an intense disabling grasp or even death. Energy usage makes a strength check almost void, yet a stronger foe can still break free.

Ripper S The Death hand has taught much and has given much. From being able to break bones and lacerate with just the hands alone, there is nothing more satisfying than going overboard with things. Following the principal of dislocation, there is one technique that brings the teachings of the grapples associated with this to an all new high. The Guillotine must be use with this as well in order for it to be truly effective as the user can now... wait for it... tear off entire limbs! This skill is essentially called the ripper, and for good reason. It is a forbidden ability to where it is often deemed cruel to teach by many rulers in Axiom's distant past. This requires energy.
Death Hand SSS However... there is still one solid skill left that gave the name for this entire style. That is the Death Hand, the strongest grapple technique in all of Axiom. By applying massive amounts of energy to one's hand, their hand becomes a weapon of mass destruction by being able to crush a man's bone with one hand, a skull if it were small enough and ultimately collapse a man's throat in a single grasp. it is so deadly, so strong, the user will even be able to crush armor as if it were a wet noodle and apply the same effects to an enemy hiding behind their wall of steel.
This is, truly, the Death Hand - Get caught, life is practically forfeit.

Assemble. I want y'all's thoughts on how a Trauma systen might work. Akin to status but less debilitating and act more as a stack. Give a tangible gauge of power to jutsu, and more trauma inflicted, the harder it is to keep fighting (opposed to a flat hp system). Ozy Makin me do medical so this is gonna be one step into it.
Things such as lower ranked guards would mean something as well as it'll offset the difference as part of the idea. Nothing would alter it through jutsu. Really want to have Medical to have even more relevance --------
The idea is for a "Hp" system or a prolonged status called Trauma, to give mechanic depth to being blasted by an S+ and this status heals slowly and persists after combat unless a healer applies something Trauma won't defeat someone as much as it makes it difficult to fight, more stacks makes things worse. Let's start as simple as possible: Severe/life threatening damage (especially damage taken when one miraculously avoids death per the no-death rule) requires an rpc with sufficient medical knowledge to treat. though, that also opens up another bag of worms Why can't npcs treat the damage? Because they don't have the ability to do so? They're not skilled enough? However, the current system proves npcs should be just as capable as rpcs since it's hard to argue that there's not much more complicated than doing implants.

Dehydration • If the same level of dehydration is applied then the effects are refreshed, and if a lower level of dehydration is applied then the user may choose to have either the lower ranked dehydration take over at a full duration or keep the higher level with its current duration.
Level One Dehydration
The first levels of dehydration are of a mild detriment to those affected. They mildly lower the fortitude of the victim. Techniques of E-D Rank apply level one dehydration. E-D Rank suiton techniques combat this level of dehydration.
• Reduces fortitude mildly for 3 posts or until cured. • [20] stamina is reduced from the target per post for 3 posts or until cured.
Level Two Dehydration
The second level of dehydration is slightly more severe. This tier will reduce the fortitude of a target moderately. C Rank techniques apply level two dehydration. C Rank suiton techniques combat this level of dehydration.
• Reduces fortitude in an affected opponent moderately for 4 posts or until cured. • [40] stamina is reduced from the infected target per post for 4 posts or until cured.
Level Three Dehydration
More potent and deadly techniques affect the target with this tier of dehydration. This tier reduces fortitude heavily. Techniques of B-A rank apply level three dehydration. Suiton techniques of B-A rank combat this level of dehydration.

Level Four Dehydration
Only the most fiercest of heat-based techniques can affect an opponent at this level. This tier of dehydration ravages the target's strength and fortitude severely while exhausting them much quicker than any other tier. Techniques of S-S+ rank apply level four dehydration. Suiton techniques of S-S+ rank combat this level of dehydration.

___Techniques: Shaku Soujuu [ Scorch Manipulation ] Ability This control allows the Scorch user to bend existing, dry climes as though it were their own. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be shifted around as if it were a part of their own body. It should be noted that one can also manipulate scorch objects they themselves have made, and it must be done while holding a double hand seal. Additionally, any dry clime that is being freely manipulated is not very solid, and can be broken or blown away as if it were completely natural, making it a poor choice for attacking or defending with. Mizu Shirizoke [ Water Repelling ] This technique produces a mist of pure Shakuton chakra that dehydrates Suiton techniques that come into contact with it. The amount of chakra used in this technique is directly reflective of the incoming attack.
Atatameru [ To Heat ] Rank E This technique imbues a nearby metallic object with the ability to dehydrate. It's not strong enough to cause burns, but the object in question will become unable to be touched by anyone aside from Shakuton users for one [1] post. Range: 3 meters. Requires line of sight.
Kansou no Bunshin [ Scorch Release: Dehydrated Clone ] Rank D A shadow clone technique on a timer. These clones are created with the sole purpose of performing kamikaze style attacks. They will charge their target in order to catch it in a predetermined dehydrating wind-blast. The power of the "explosion" is roughly that of a standard explosive note, but the winds that follow are capable of causing a slight amount of wide spread dehydration. The clone will self-detonate after two [2] posts.
Moeru [ To Burn ] Rank D A simple technique that coats one's hands with chakra. If the user successfully makes contact, the hit position will be dehydrated, suffering two [2] doses. • Lasts [3] posts.
Kabari [ Fire Needle ] Rank D A technique that produces 6 opaque red senbon in front of the user, which are capable of deflecting light projectiles like shuriken, and senbon. The user may also launch the needles in a simple attack pattern, causing small dehydration to contacted areas.
Hijuugan no Jutsu [ Ten Fiery Eyes Technique ] Rank C The user performs a single handsign and generates ten small fireballs (shuriken sized) which hover around a designated area. These fireballs are capable of causing significant burns and dehydration to their target, though they are somewhat slow in comparison to most ninja techniques.
Kyoujouki no Hitoya [ Extreme Steam Prison ] Rank C The user performs the required handsigns and rises various tall, thin pillars of Shakuton chakra from the ground which converge to form a prison or cage like construct. Anything that comes into contact with the pillars is almost instantly dehydrated.
Sabakuhi [ Desert Sun ] Rank B This technique generates a palm sized sphere of Shakuton chakra which can be launched into the sky in order to create a false sun, of the same color as its user's chakra color. The false sun will cast out sunbeams which slowly dry up everything in the area providing 3 rank of dehydration per post to those caught in its rays. If used during the night, the fake sun may disturb the circadian rhythm in living creatures. Typical usage is for External attacks. • Lasts [10] posts.
Hinotama no Heifuku [ Prostration of the Falling Star ] Rank B Four beachball sized spheres of Shakuton chakra fall from the atmosphere in a random manner, each causing an explosion equivalent to six explosive tags. Additionally, the winds that follow the explosions are capable of nearly dehydrating in a single volley. Can be directed to each fall on a single target.
Shakuton: Neppa [ Scorch Release: Heatwave ] Rank A After generating their seals, scorch release ninja cause an expulsion of dehydrating wind to expel from their body in all directions for 40m. Everything caught by these winds suffers second degree burns in addition to being subject to a strong amount of dehydration. This also emaciates things that aren't protected in the zone that aren't heat resistant.
Shakuton: Kajōsatsu [ Scorch Release: Extreme Steam Killing ] Rank A The user performs the appropriate handsigns, and generates four powerful fireballs which hover around an allotted area. These fireballs are capable of utterly dehydrating those that come into contact with them.
Nichinaishuuki [ Diurnal Cycle ] Rank A After performing the needed handsigns, three false suns (roughly 3 yard diameter) are generated and rotate around the user. These suns typically keep away attackers while their rotation forces a moderately dehydrating radial wind within five feet of the user. • Lasts [8] posts.
Shakuton: Shōkyaku Eikōdan no Jutsu [ Scorch Release: Incinerating Flare Technique ] Rank S Pakura combines several of her flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a large area around it. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. Requires 'Kajousatsu [ Extreme Steam Killing ]' to be activated first. Retains the required jutsu's Suiton weakness.
Taiyo no Senkou [ Flash of the Sun God ] Rank S The user holds a single handsign, pulsing chakra all throughout their body. In a burst moment, everything within a 60meter radius will be overcome by a powerful surge of heat, dehydrating those in range. This can be kept up post to post, causing third degree burns to everything within range while it ranges, but it's cost must be repaid to do so.

Any Phantom Slayer technique that is executed from this stance have their costs reduced by 5, if complex, stamina is reduced only. The user cannot pay less than 5 chakra or stamina.
Flowing Stance-Swift Rank: D :: Complex Description: Building up chakra in the swordsman feet for a moment, the user can than leap forward up to 10 feet to execute another technique. Any Phantom Slayer technique that is executed from this stance increases this swordsman's strength and speed are mildly increased. This stance does not consume an activation when used with Formless Bukijutsu or another Phantom Slayer Technique.
Ghost Slash Rank: D :: Complex Description: The swordsman infuses their blade with chakra and slashes. This creates a sharp energy wave that extends the slash outward 5 feet, inflicting deep gashes upon the victim.

Draw Sword Rank: X :: Simple Description: The swordsman, with their sword sheathed, with charge the blade with chakra. Upon drawing it, anyone within 10 feet of the swordsman is struck with an sharp wave of chakra that expands off of the swung sword as it travels an additional ten feet per rank of the technique.
___S t a g e T h r e e [ C ] Triple Slash Rank: C :: Complex Description: The swordsman creates a path beneath their feet that, while executing the technique, and will follow the path at a moderate increase in speed. There are two spots where the swordsman can "turn" changing their direction to attack three times. Enemies struck once will be unable to dodge subsequent attacks from this technique, unless they are faster than the user. Cannot travel more than a cumulative 25 feet between the three bursts of movement.
Crashing Dragon Rank: C :: Complex Description: The swordsman blocks or intercepts an opponent with a chakra infused blade. This impact creates a shock wave of energy that knocks back an enemy 15 feet.
Triple Threat Rank: C :: Complex Description:The swordsman stabs or slashes at an enemy three times rapid succession in the same time it would take to attack once. The swordsman's speed is heavily increased for the attack.
___S t a g e F o u r [ B ] Dragon's Raging Assault Rank: B :: Complex Description:The Swordsman holds their sword with both hands, rampantly slashing at their target before them. The speed of the slashes is increased by a great amount, creating thirty compressed chakra blades with concussive force that propel them backwards thirty feet while slicing them.
Flowing Stance- Force Rank: B :: Complex Description: As you enter Flowing Stance the user can infuse their body with chakra, increasing their strength by a great amount. This enhancement lasts for the duration of the next Phantom Slayer technique executed from Flowing Stance and does not require an activation, only consuming chakra.
Raging Dragon Slash Rank: A :: Complex Description: An advanced variation of the Triple Slash technique. The swordsman creates a chakra pathway which they will follow while attacking, and create a veil of chakra in front of them that appears to be a dragon mouth. The user can turn at two other points during the attack. The swordsman will charge along the path, damaging anyone caught in the techniques path. The user cannot stop moving for the duration of the technique. For the attack, the swordsman's speed increased by a great amount and can travel no more than 100 feet cumulatively between bursts of movement. For an additional C Rank amount of chakra, the user may create blasts of wind with every slash that off balance the opponent.

This attack executes 10 slashes in the time it would take do perform one.Should the first slash go undefended, the remainder are assured to hit.
Phantom Dragon's Assault Rank: A :: Spiritual Description: A combination of the Ghost Slash and Raging Dragon's Assault. This technique allows the swordsman to unleash a sharpened wave of chakra that travels 50 feet while being up to 20 feet wide. Ghost Slash's power is proportionality increased by the ranked value of this technique. Upon impact with a target, the wind blade explodes, surrounding it's target with ten smaller one foot blades that cause lacerations in several locations.
___S t a g e S i x [ S ] Ultimate Slayer Skill: Meteor Drop Rank: A :: Complex Description: The swordsman creates 45 chakra blades above and behind themselves, within 20 feet. These blades can be enhanced with one of the swordsman's available chakra elemental affinities. The user can then direct each of the 45 chakra blades with the movements of their own blade, selecting the number of blades sent at the enemy with each swing. This technique's duration is 5 posts, however; once a blade is sent at a target, it will vanish after travelling 100 feet or after cutting an opponent something.
Ultimate Slayer Skill: Sword Storm Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: The swordsman creates 24 ten foot chakra blades that levitate above the ground, forming a symmetrical perimeter around the user and target that is twenty feet in width. The swordsman will initiate the attack by grabbing a sword and dashing along solid chakra pathways straight to another sword to grab and continue the attack until all blades have been used. These pathways have a physical presence that can restrict free movement within the perimeter of the attack. The user's speed is given a double supreme increase for the duration of the attack. The pathways created may be broken by a D Rank amount of chakra in order to regain movement within the barrier like perimeter again. The perimeter itself, broken with an S Rank amount of chakra or higher.

In order to execute this technique, it must be executed one rank above the rank of the technique being countered.
Soaring Flight Rank: D :: Complex Description: This attack is initiated from a stance in which the user's blade is held with the tip towards the foe and the non-dominant hand supporting the back of the blade near the tip. The user slashes upward as they leap into the air, propelling themselves with chakra up to fifteen feet. Opponents unguarded are carried skyward with this slash as though stuck to the blade.
___S t a g e T w o [ D ] Falling Star Rank: D :: Simple Description: Used most often in combination with Soaring Flight. The user descends upon an opponent, slashing at their head or shoulder. If used in combination with Soaring Flight, the user's speed is increased by a mild amount.
Turning Swallow Cut Rank: D :: Complex Description: Utilizing chakra to stimulate the nervous system, this cut is reputedly so quick and precise that it can strike down a bird in mid-flight. It is a downward strike the flicked back up into an upward strike.
Blade Attunement Rank: D :: Complex Description: The user coats their blade in chakra, causing it to crackle and glow with their chakra color. This allows the user to easily cut through their opposition, retaining a mild strength increase for the duration of this attack. This technique can be sustained by paying the cost of the technique every post, however activations are not consumed afterward. In addition, this technique adds the elemental affinity of the user's chakra to complex and spiritual attacks.
Double Lightning Rank: D :: Complex Description: The user applies a transformation technique to their scabbard and sword, making one appear as the other just before striking the opponent. As the opponent believes they are defending against the bladed attack, they are in reality guarding from the harmless sheath of the sword while the blade cleaves into them. In order to defend against this technique, the user must block the real blade of the sword.
___S t a g e T h r e e [ C ] Form Manipulation Rank: C :: Complex Description: Truly skilled practitioners learn to shape the chakra around their weapon into different shapes. From a lance to a broadsword, anything is possible. However, while anything may be possible some forms will of course be difficult to maintain, requiring extra chakra expenditure. For every dimensional five feet after the first, the jutsu will require an extra D Rank amount of chakra. This technique has an upkeep of 5 chakra per post after being used.
Drawing Cut Rank: C :: Simple Description: The user unsheathes their sword, slashes and returns their weapon in one swift, unseen motion. Doing so consumes a Shushin activation. This technique cannot be seen by those with a supreme difference in reflex against the user's speed. Those with a Moderate difference are able to see this attack and those with equal or higher reflex to the user's speed are able to easily see and defend from this attack. This technique can only be used once per fight.
Thunder Strike Rank: C :: Simple Description: Utilizing the Drawing Cut technique, the student of Tetsu no Ryu then follows up with a strike from his scabbard that is imbued with their chakra. This follow up attack's speed is increased greatly.
Pressure Wave Rank: C :: Complex Description: When swinging your weapon, you can create a crescent shaped chakra wave, five feet wide by one foot long, that can travel up to about 100ft before dissipating. This crescent wave is roughly five feet in length.
___S t a g e F o u r [ B ] Helmet Splitter Rank: B :: Complex Description: This technique is a vertical downward slash designed to cleave bodies in half but gained it's name from it's innate ability to shatter armor pieces. When interacting with armor, this technique is treated as spiritual and when meeting armor that fails to resist completely, will cut into the target.
Two As One Rank: B :: Complex Description: The user imbues their blade with chakra, creating a chakra blade that follows the path of the original blade. When impacting an opponent's defenses, the user is deducted an additional B rank amount of chakra automatically as the chakra blade makes a secondary impact, breaking through defenses that would normally clash with the B Rank technique and defend itself. Many as One Rank: A :: Complex Description: The user imbues their blade with chakra, creating a chakra blade that follows the path of the original blade. Unlike it's earlier variation, Many for One was not designed to break through defenses but rather to overwhelm the opponent with a volley of slashes. The opponent lashes out, creating eight slashes that center upon the opponent. The technique gains an additional heavy increase in speed upon execution.
___S t a g e S i x [ S ] Divine Wind Cutter Rank: S :: Complex Description: The user floods their sword with chakra, causing it to glow with their chakra color. The user slashes at the opponent, sending chakra outward in the form of three separate crescent shapes. These shapes have the ability to tear through defenses as though they were one rank lower, making it a force of terrifying power. Additionally, this technique is treated as spiritual when interacting with barrier, shield and armor techniques.
Void Wind Cutter Rank: S+ :: Complex Description:The user imbues their blade with chakra, focusing their attack for a single post. As they are focusing, objects within the area begin to act as though a strong wind is pulling them towards the user's blade. Upon release, the user fires a twenty foot cresent blade at the target. This blade is black in color and draws everything within twenty five feet of it into it as it travels. In order to resist this technique's pull, the user must pay the rank of the technique's chakra to stand their ground. Those caught directly in it's path are mortally wounded. Structures impacted are simply cleaved in half.
___E i s e i j u t s u The world of Medical jutsu is a difficult one for a ninja to break into: Shinobi who practice this art often possess some form of hereditary skill or a knack for chakra control. The fact that ninja who are in life threatening situations don't normally want to be used as training subjects doesn't help the process either... though who can really blame them?
___S p e c i f i c Eiseijutsu are a unique style of jutsu. Without being in the Medic Class, you cannot learn them.
___T e r m i n o l o g y Tenketsu Burnout: Destroys two Tenketsu every post, after three initial, burnout-free posts. Main Tenketsu destroyed reduces the max chakra and stamina by 2/361. This number is constant, regardless of any altered maxes. Note that a skilled med-nin can halt a burnout and then restore lost nodes, with (respectively) a Major Healing Hands on the afflicted area(s) and Tenketsu Creation. i.e. Nodes do not naturally grow back.
Tenketsu Rot: Damages active chakra or stamina supplies by 2/361 (of max) every post, and creates stagnated pools. Stagnated pools render the afflicted body area(s) unusable, and generally confer associated amounts of pain. (if all surrounding pathways are cut, so that no chakra/stamina can reach it)
Adrenaline: This chemical kicks in when damage occurs to the body, by revving up the engines, so to speak. While scratches and the like are not counted, larger, single time amounts of damage are cumulative, and have a one post cooldown. (i.e. cannot chain highs through the lows) All of these require a complete, accurate description of the injury, and immediate medical treatment due to the size of said injury.
