Winter Wondork Interesting! Kinda makes having high defense worth it. Of course you never know when you're gonna meet someone like All might and it'll all go to waste as you get your face bashed in. Thank you for your interest. I Have a long ways to go though before I have all the information available.

Sorry. I've been rather busy recently so I put this project on the back burner for a bit. I do work on it from time to time and I do plan on finishing it. It might just take a while.

High defense ... phoenix ... deal damage upon being hit ... force opponent to hit you ... negate damage.

At this time, yes, though, keep in mind, I am still tweaking this and that could change in the future.
I edited the description of transformation to be a little more clear.
