I will make this more official later, but for now. Ooc: If any one fas room for a 4e cursing warlock, I am game. Quote: Evil has many faces; a battle-scarred orckin bandit seeking a new payday, an occult leader bending the simple-minded into an army, or a young lady noble with a blade and a will to get a head in the game. Evil has many faces and sometimes it is yours... You were captured, and for your crimes you were sentenced to death. But, the Warden of your prison has given you a chance to walk free. Survive his games, and you'll win your freedom. Most won't ... The game will be dungeon crawl-ish with a clear end, though at the moment continuing after is unknown. ECL 8 Ability Scores 4d6 7 times or 25 point buy Races No tiny or large races, and no flying Pantheon basic Player's Handbook Backgrounds are allowed if you wish.

Mongooseh @Glitterboypilot Define Dungeon crawlish as dungeon crawls are my anathema. The game will be in a dungeon like setting, with a clear task of escape, but how you interact with the npc inmates is completely up to you. For example; my 3.5 RL group used a diplomatic approach and not only talked 20 other inmates to join their group, but also raided the prison after for 30 more... They then took on the army later and lost all 50, but ... Rain Yupa I'm a bit confused by your post sweatdrop Are you looking to play, to run, or both? Exactly as Mongooseh said, both biggrin

Does anyone have any idea where I can find source material to create characters? I seem to be unable to access the official character builder. They probably took it offline.

Well, I am interested in playing 4e. I always prefer to play rather than run.
As for open games, I don't think there are any? Both my 4e games are full; Alzzak joined one recently but has gone quiet already, and they've kind of began to explore the dungeon so it'd be REALLY hard to justify a warlock randomly showing up. Plus, Alzzak hasn't been quiet long enough where I have to assume he's a write-off, at least not for another... week, I say. I'll keep you in mind for when then finish it, I'll reach out to you then if I need to.
