Here is my question...
If a child had two muggle-born parents would that make them muggle-born themselves or a half-blood?

That would make them muggleborns as they don't have any magical grandparents. They only change to halfbloods if even one of their grandparents are a witch or wizard, and purebloods if all their grandparents are witches and wizards. Tis why my character Jacob Drage's a muggleborn, as his father was muggleborn and his mother was a muggle. Any kids of his would be considered halfbloods as one of their grandparents is a wizard.
