This is where Guild Master of Legal Guilds meetup to discuss certain events that are soon to be coming up. There's a large, round table, with a chair for each Guild Master to sit at. While members of their Guilds were originally not allowed, due to certain problems that have happened in the past, each Guild Master is allowed to bring one of their strongest members as a guard.
