Renee Young: "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are here
today with a special guest on TNWR.com, and he is no one
else but the #1 contender for the NXT Championship,
Mr. Kevin Owens. Hello Kevin."
Kevin Owens: "Hey Renee." Owens would sit there
with a blank expression on his face, not looking very
interested in being there in the first place, but he looked
on to then answer the questions that were coming to him.
Renee Young: "So Kevin, you went through a brutal
match with one of TNWR's upcoming stars Hellfire and
now after defeating him, you are now going to go up
against the NXT Champion, John Morrison. Can you
tell us your thoughts on your upcoming match with Morrison?"
Kevin Owens: *Sigh* "There's really nothing that
I have against John, he's a good guy with a lot of talent,
but where we are, is in a wrestling company. This isn't a
dance competition, and quite frankly, I don't dance, nor
do I plan to. It's nothing personal as well when it comes
to this match, because at the end of the day, it's all business
until I get to the very top of the mountain with the NXT Championship."
Renee Young: "May I ask, what does the NXT Championship mean to you?"
Kevin Owens: "Well Renee, if you really want to know
what the NXT Championship means to me as of right now,
it means everything since I am soon to get my hands on it.
To be completely honest with you, Renee, with Morrison getting
his hands getting dirty on the NXT Championship, it really
means nothing until I have the NXT Championship in my
possession. I've been dominating most of the upcoming
people on the roster, and even though NXT is a small brand,
there's a big addition to that small brand, that is, myself, Mr. Wrestling. "
Renee Young: "So it seems like you're coming up
as a rising star in TNW:R, so when is it until we see
Kevin Owens on the main show going for the main
championships?"
Kevin Owens: "Here's the thing you and a lot of people
don't seem to get. No matter where I am, Renee, it is,
the main show. Yeah. And I don't need to be on the "main show"
to prove myself to the world that I am good as I say I am.
Just like how I don't need to constantly need to say that
I am going to win the NXT Championship, because I will
prove it at Cyber Sunday later this month. And you'll see me out there Renee, and I'll be showing it. "
Renee Young: "Okay..for instance if you win th--"
Kevin Owens: "You mean, when, I win, Renee."
Renee Young: "..okay..when you win the NXT
Championship, what are your plans and goals after?"
Kevin Owens: "WHEN, I win the NXT Championship,
there's gonna be nothing stopping me. Morrison isn't going
to stop me from winning the NXT Championship, because
what he is, is an imaginative figure to me. I walked into this
company not to look for illustrated phonies like John Morrison.
And he needs to realize, whatever he has with this 'Guru', again,
is all imaginative and all in his head. I'm going to put the sight
of myself into his mind, and beat him until the image of me goes
away. I'm finished with this interview."
Kevin Owens then got up and then walked away from his chair not looking at Renee at all.
