Ok, so I meant to ask about this a while back, but about a month or so ago during a pride festival, I was given what I can only describe as a sex goodie bag. Besides loads and loads of condoms, it also came with some single use lube packet things. Now, I remember hearing that there's a type of lube you shouldn't use since it degrades the condom faster (or some such), but I can't remember if it's water or oil based that's bad.
Also, where do you apply it?

Oil-based lubricants can cause latex condoms to break.
You can apply lubricant pretty much anywhere that you want to, including fingers, the clitoris, the vulva, the p***s, the a**s, etc.
For p***s in v****a sex, you'll probably want to lubricate the p***s, especially the head (tip) of the p***s, after the condom has been put on (Some people put lubricant inside the condom to give the guy a wet feeling. However, this can make the condom more likely to slip off, so to be safe, I recommend lubricating the outside only). You can also lubricate your vulva, around the entrance to your v****a, if you want to.
