Maybe we could start an artist spotlight, like a member of the week thing, and even do an interview with them.

How about themed art contests or art challenges (anime style, sketchy style, watercolor, black and white, etc)

Maybe a little ID thingy saying you're a member of this guild that they can put in their siggy so they'd be interested to join?

Out of curiosity, can the members individually hold a contest? Like say outside the monthly theme contest, if a user wants to hold a separate contest/challenge could we?
It might be hard to do it monthly for some people, but I would willingly help fund it or even host it myself. :U
