Hey, I'm Hayden, and I'd loooove to get an art trade going. My Art:I have three real styles(in order of complexity): sketchy, normal, and talksprites. The sketchy stuff takes 5-15 minutes, so if you want to give me something normal-ish and get a couple of chibis/busts or a chibi and a bust for one, that's no problem. The normal stuff is usually flat colored, can be shaded upon request, and almost never takes me more than an hour. Talksprites are animated and take me anywhere from 1-3 hours, depending on complexity. My OCs:Right now, I'm looking for art of eleven characters, holy crap! I'll give you the skinny on each in the next two post, but here's the quick version: I'm looking for art of my fruitheads, my trolls, or their human tekteks. I'm still working on my charahub profiles for most of the fruit heads, but the ones that are ready to go are posted. I'll take any type of art for any of them. They can all use a little love. How To Trade:It's pretty dang easy - no form or anything! Just tell me which OC you want to draw and how you want to draw them, preferably with a sample of that style, the OC you want drawn, and what style you'd like me to draw them in.
If you don't have a sample of the style you want to try, don't fret! Just show me a WIP or a watermark of the piece you're making for the trade, and then I'll start working on my end.
Now, please know that if I try to haggle with you on the style for my end of the bargain, I'm not trying to insult you. Either I'm trying to make it fair, as even though I'm not the best, I do put effort into all my pieces, or I'm being lazy. I'll tell you why I think I should do a different style if I do. For the most part, though, as long as you're not asking for a talksprite in exchange for a poorly-scanned sketch, I'm pretty agreeable.

My OCs: Fruit HeadsBoris KieferRefs: x x + TektekBoris is, in four words, calm, cool, collected, and narcissistic. He's almost cripplingly full of himself, despite being a complete social outcast. He was bullied as a kid, and one could theorize that this was his coping mechanism. His best friend is Carpus, whom he helps calm down, and his cousin is Rhonda, though they're close enough to be siblings. Rhonda BuschRefs: x x + TektekRhonda is about two steps away from being a high-functioning sociopath. She has her own personal agenda and schemes away on almost everything. She does have one thing that keeps her from being utterly sociopathic: her friends and family. She'll drop everything to ensure their safety. Plays the role of team leader, though she lets Boris think that it's him. Part of the reason she's such good friends with Boris and Carpus is the way they're easily manipulated by her. Carpus StavrosRefs: x x + TektekCarpus, typically, is a sweet, loyal, somewhat odd boy. Most people remember him for his traits during schizophrenic episodes, which he has frequently. He is unmedicated, as his parents are, for lack of a better term, hippies. He's rarely seriously violent during his episodes, usually just ranting and raving about conspiracies, hallucinating that he is somewhere else, or people are different than they are, along with the occasional speech issues and thinking disorders that come along with them. He has a class period dedicated to tutoring and coping, and he has a pass to leave class whenever he needs to during an episode. Because of Boris's ability to calm him down, he is also allowed to leave class if Carpus needs him. Though schizophrenia is a serious issue and I aim to portray it realistically, his episodes are not so severe as to put anyone in danger and are occasionally played for laughs.

My OCs: TrollsAstyre WinrekRefs: x x + Outfit + TektekAstyre is a somewhat feminine, very easily annoyed boy. He thinks himself to be the smartest and most mature in his group of friends, though he is, in fact, very ignorant and naive. He's fond of reading, white rabbits, composing music, and, secretly, cutting his own paper dolls. He's very skilled with scissors and uses them as his weapon. His symbol is almost always centered on his shirt. He's technologically challenged. Porten IradobRefs: x x x x + Outfit + TektekPorten is, in a word, sleepy. She sleeps as many hours of the day as she possibly can, rarely seen with her eyes all the way open. When she is awake, she's surprisingly quick and rational. Though she's a bit quirky in her logic, she has a very consistent and reasonable set of values. I adore pictures of her sleeping or sleepwalking.
