Pokemon Hidden Legends

Greetings to all who were gracious enough to click on this thread. May it be out of curiosity, or interest, I welcome all to take a look at one of the largest, oldest pokemon guilds in Gaia.
Hidden Legends is not a new guild, in fact there are two Hidden Legends guilds, the first one having been vacated upon the original captain's absence for a few years. The guild has been opened since 2005, and has been moved to a newer guild the past year in order to keep it growing. Hidden Legends is always open to new members, and we're still looking for new members who have an ever growing interest in pokemon, love the games, are active role players, and are just looking for a place to have fun. Special Features of the guild:

- A legendary is given out every three months (The guild has three kind of each legendary; regular, shiny, and a hidden variant)
- Regular events, for everything, valentines day, mothers day, thanksgiving, ect.
- Annual guild wide story line events
- Major events and give aways for holidays like Christmas, New Years, Halloween, ect.
- Monthly Horoscope giveaways
- Monthly posting competitions, weekly lotto
- Custom Pokemon Contests
- Very simple, easy to follow and effective Exp and leveling system, organized HP systems and attack damages
- A fully developed and active Contest system
- A fully developed breeding and hatching system
- A system in the works for Pokemon Rangers
- No restrictions on rare or shiny pokemon
- No confusing stats system
- All forums and threads are full and completed from Kanto to Unova
- We encourage creativity! Feel free to contact me with questions about something for your character~ Do you want them to join one of the enemy teams? Do you think they could find something? Personal story lines are awesome, especially when you can get others involved with you =3 Nothing too outlandish, but we're pretty open about what can happen in HL

imma lurk a bit longer before i decide. will i still need an RP sample? so many guilds ask for one, i'm just thinking of putting one in my Journal and linking them to that...x.x
and to be honest, i'm kinda iffy on Pokemon. not too fond of the usual storyline, but i like the Mystery Dungeons, where i am the Pokemon~
don't know why the difference is so appealing, it just is.

so the difference between badges and ribbons is that with badges Pokemon have to listen to you and with ribbons, they choose to listen to you?

so is it possible to have Pokemon as companions?

we have the Pokemon, but we don't actually fight. it's more along the lines for friendship in doing things outside of battling others.

would there be a way to disable the experience gain, for, say, if one wanted to keep a Pokemon at a low level for some reason?

at school, i've been known to ask a lot of questions about one thing, since the other(s) are nice and clear, and i'll decide to go in a different route than from my questions. just a quirk of mine~
