It's perfectly ok to own, buy, and sell assault weapons.

But Kinder Surprises/Kinder Eggs, those wonderful little chocolate eggs with little toys in them? A threat to all mankind. Can't buy or sell them in the US, can't import them into the US, and can't even bring them into the US if you are a foreigner visiting the country.

The government sure knows it's priorities.

Lets not forget wal-mart's decision in 1999 to not sell than wwf wrestler Al Snow's action figure because he used to beat people with a mannequins head that people said glorified the disembowelment of women, but still sold guns and ammunition after Columbine. Go figure

In 2012 the FDA re-issued their import alert stating “The imbedded non-nutritive objects in these confectionery products may pose a public health risk as the consumer may unknowingly choke on the object.”

Urmmm... does that mean someone would accidentally choke on the toy or the chocolate? (O_o)

Wait. What? There are even people collecting the little toys? I just tossed mine away after some time emotion_facepalm
But back at my place, they are known as Kinder Joy. The chocolate and toys are separated into half a shell each. The egg is also slightly larger in comparison, I think.
