O.o that is a good thing, at least you have sleep stuff I have none need to get more gonk and I feel a migraine coming on so tonight is going to be ever so lovely *sigh*

I recently got it
I doesn't put me in REM sleep but it helps me sleep
As for your migraine a lot of times hot tea would help mine

Lol I rarely get into REM sleep, so know the feeling... I have sleep apnea so that causesore restless nights than anything usually take melatonin to help fall asleep and where a c-pap mask to counteract it but since I'm out... Yeah, should be gettin some today actually though
