ONIGIRI! It's a simple concept that can be made in so many different ways. From savory, such as spicy tuna, to sweet like with jam. They can be eaten as a meal or a snack. Not to mention quick-, filling, to-eatand inexpensive.

I haven't had the pleasure to eat a lot of Japanese food so I only know and like these two:
Ramen (either a quick meal style or in a restaurant)
Hibachi Fried Rice (I even learned how to cook it) heart
