Today, I was working on a sculpted ceramic vase, that I spent a good number of hours on. It was almost finished and all I had to do was apply the finishing glaze (if you're curious, I used an Ohata for the body and Rutile Glaze for the details) and right as I'm applying the first coat it slips from my hand and falls right into the glaze bucket. It broke both handles and badly cracked my base! crying
So I'm wondering, have any of you just had a real unlucky day while working on a major or important art project?

I was outlining a dragon that I drew, and my brother walked into my room, grabbed the paper, and ripped it away from me while the pen was on the paper. It was one of the most detailed drawings I've ever done. Now it's ruined. ; ~;

i spilled half a bottle of wine over all my drawings crying those for commissions, for college and private stuff gonk
