Ranks have been simplified for the current rankings on Gaian. So in turn Everyone in the Empire must refere to the person of the following rank, Correctly, or get executed:

Member: Trooper

Crew: Non-Commisioned Officer (Sir/Miss if a Member)

Vice Captain: Officer (Sir/Miss if Crew or Member)

Captain: Autarch (My Autarch for Everyone)
