I know this is a D&D guild, but, I was wondering if anyone played world of Darkness, or was interested in it.
World of Darkness is perty coolsz.
If anyone's interested, I wouldn't mind creating a game or helping set one up.
WOD is awesome. ninja
It's got like vampires and werewolves and stuff.

I've LARPed in oWoD, and I've done a little tabletop in nWoD. I like the storylines of the older one better, but the newer games aren't that bad.

I've never actually played a game....but I've created, like, 3 chars for nWoD Changeling that never went anywhere >.>

Yeah, I'd be willing to make and run a game, and I have a few ideas. ninja
New WoD, which I have like, all the books for.
Although, vampire, werewolves, how much EXP etc. I'm not sure.
I guess it would depend on the group and what they wanted and stuffsz.
And also how experienced dey are.

I would have to procure books. I currently only have Vampire The Masquerade for oWoD, and the Malk book for it. I might have a copy of one of the Mage books, not sure which edition.
Currently, with my small amount of knowledge on certain games... I'd be up for Mage or Hunter. If I can find and look over some of the others, I may add in more.

I really liked the idea of changeling, but I'd be willing to do another setting if everyone else preferred it.

I played in the old WoD and GM'd it, too. Vampire, Werewolf, Mage, a dash of Changeling... read Wraith, always wanted to play Kindred of the East or Hengeyokai.
I own the nWoD core book and the book for Mage for a campaign a group was supposed to be putting together shortly after I moved here, but that fizzled out pretty quickly. I'm not terribly versed in anything nWoD aside from the very basics.
Probably not my cup of tea, I guess. It'd depend on a lot of stuff.

I figured a vampire game would be easy for starters, although I'm partial to roman vampires. ( ninja )
I think a lot of people would like to play vampire and, it's relativley easy to play and somewhat straightforward.
I think that vampire is a greater introduction into World of Darkness than actual human world of darkness itself; you get magical powers so you don't have to be perfect, and bullets doing bashing damage so again, you can make more mistakes.
Although a lot of you may have already played a lot of WoD. ninja

Man, my Vampire game... some punk pissed me off so I tried to fight him... made me sad when a human punk a** jerk somehow KO'd me.

You can't just go in head first with no real reason. I personally think it's a great learning tool and good exposure. Not to say that it can't be used for advanced games at all, either.
