22 point-buy for abilities plus increases at levels 4, 8, and 11
one level 12 item, one level 11 item, one level 10 item, and 5000gp

1]PHB3 races may gain an additional background benefit edit: Devas and Tieflings also gain this bonus

3]Psionic classes have one extra trained skill. Hybrid psionicists only gain this once.

Shardmind? I hope I get druid! Normally I would never play a swordmage because of me refusing them to my players for so long, but I felt I should include it in the list, because it goes against the whole point of forcing me to play something new if I don't give it an equal shot.

well, I've played a Shifter before, but that was a Razorclaw...not a Longtooth, and i don't typically go for the brawny character...lesse if my class goes with my race
