Witches and wizards have always held the ability to manipulate a powerful force called magic. Magic is a power force indeed able to reduce the galaxy to nothing if the spell is learned. Witches and wizards however are very different. Witches are known to use more potions and magical incantations while wizards use signs and do not have to speak but both can learn powerful magic. In the right hands magic is a tool that can be used for anything but in the wrong hands it is a danger to everyone including the user. One witch has made a mistake. She is known as the most powerful witch in the universe but one spell she was using back fired. Despite her status she made a mistake in the incantation and the spell went against her as only wizards were supposed to use such a spell. The wizard has also made the mistake of delving in magic even he can't control, a spell only witches have the affinity to use. They both attempted the spells at the same time and beacuse of that they both roped themselves into a joined punishment. The effects of the backfired spells linked their souls together and cut their magic in half and mixed them together weakening them greatly and as if that wasn't enough they burned a seal onto the back of their hands and linked them together as they now share life forces. They had never met but they knew of each other and they didn't seem to like the other but now they were engaged thanks to the rules of magic. If they refuse and try to get out of it they will both be killed and when one dies the other will. From the moment they were engaged they had a year to grow used to it as they now have no other way out then death...only time will tell if they will accept it or if they decide to throw it all away and accept death rather then be together.

Name: Larkanna Neverhart (Name she took on: "Raven Blackfeather") Age: 19 Role: The Witch Bio: Raven was born into a poor family, both weak in their magical abilities and wealth. Despite her terrible living standards and expectations from her family, she wanted to be something more than just a 'hedgewitch' or a witch that lived deeply within the forest and concocted her potions and spells there. She knew that she could be better and set out into the world to do just that. Upon changing her name to one of more respectable manners, she wanted to live up to the idolized bird that she'd named herself after.
Years passed by like lightning striking the earth and within each year her powers and knowledge were doubling and many of her mentors had to pass her onto greater witches to train her. By the age of nineteen, she was considered to be the most powerful witch that had ever set foot on her planet, for her powers had outgrown anyone's training and so she then looked into the depths of history and the very essence of magic to teach her.
Because of her haughty nature, she believed that she was so powerful that any magic would be simple to harness and make her own. So she attempted a strong spell created and used only by wizards. That one fateful attempt would be the end of her career and the beginning of a punishment that she considers worse than death or limbo: the soul-bound connection with a wizard that she'd grown to despise over time. Likes: Magic, power, her (past) status, and being solitary. Dislikes: People, the wizard, and her punishment. Extra: Throughout all of her time training to be a witch, she'd been taught to play many different instruments; though she excels at singing and playing the violin.

Name: Elkand solwind Age: 20 Role: The Wizard Bio: Elkand's family was always renown for being a family of natural and powerful magic users. His family was wealthy and an extreme influence in the magical community and he was no different. He had a natural affinity for magic and most magic was a simple thing to learn. He studied spells used by both wizards and witches before he moved onto to magic symbols. He was a specialist in fire and wind magic of course as his last name reveals. As the years went he began to find tomes and runes which gave him knowledge before he enrolled into a great academy for wizards as they did not allow witches. Wizards and witches have always had a great difference and there was always a deep set hatred between the the two. He grew to learn the most powerful spells a wizard would learn in their life and at such a young age. He even revived a staff from the ghost of an old caster known as the mother of magic. His arrogance would get the better of him by age 20 and he learned of a spell that was created by a witch and so far has only been used by them. When attempting the spell he found it would turn on him and rope him into a terrible punishment and his magical powers were split but replaced with the of a witches while his half was made hers as well and it weakened them both greatly. He found out that he was bound to a witch and that which was Raven Blackfeather. He did not know her personally but due to the difference between both of them he dislikes her and it only grew as time went by but not he was stuck with her...this punishment was cruel even if he did attempt to go beyond the laws of magic. Likes: Magic, Powerful Magic, Wizards, Magical artifacts, Magical Symbols. Dislikes: Witches, Raven Blackfeather, This stupid punishment, Broken Magical Items Extra: His staff is his most magical item and is capable of many things...he never lets it out of his sight as it was a gift from the mother of magic who was renowned even among the witches. Its precious to him beyond anything though he doesn't act like it and doesn't really know it but it only is beacuse the mother of magic is secretly his real mother. Name: Lujei Blan / Lujei Bartido Solwind / Aurora Wyrm Age: Ageless Role: Mother of Magic Bio: Not much about Lujei is actually know but it i said she is as old as the world itself. She was once a Wyrm and one of the largest Wyrm but also one of the rarest. She stayed hidden from others as time flew however others respected and feared her. She was the one who introduced magic to mortal's and was the strongest in it. When the age of dragons began she changed herself into a human. She fell in love with the Archmage and had a child named Elkand however soon had to disappear with the appearance of most dangerous Wyrm's and also one of the last group. She then changed her name and hid herself away to die in peace with her wounds. Likes: Light, Moonlight, Fun, Blood, Flight, her family, witches, magic. Dislikes: Everything and everyone else. Extra:

Elkand looked down at the seal on his hand and silently cursed to himself. He could feel her...he could tell she was just as angry and as annoyed as he was about this. He closed his eyes and just let his staff flat around him as he waited in the forest clearing for her. They were supposed to meet...they had no choice. He didn't want to die just yet he had at least one more thing to do before he was content with such. He knew she probably wanted to die as they both hated each other like most witches and wizards. He looked around and made sure to memorize this place. Witches nor wizards were allowed to fight here so it was a good place for a meeting. They were going to have to discuss terms and condition and figure things out. He wished he hadn't of been so foolish and tired the spell...he should have researched it first but now it was too late...his power had been split with hers she shared a bit of his power and he a bit of hers but now they both shared emotions..both shared pain..shared life and any mistake from here on out could end them both but it all depended on the end of the year though his guess was they would be doomed. He kept his eyes closed his staff floating in circles around him his legs crossed and hand on the ground his mark glowing brighter the closer she got.
He still wished he hadn't of tried that spell then he wouldn't be stuck with this punishment but this was a little extreme tying to people who hate each other together just beacuse he tried to use a witches spell. They have never actually met but they knew of each other. He always thought her title was a little overblown but odd were she thought his skill was over exaggerated as well but either way both of them were stuck now and they had to decide whether to try and deal with it in the time they have or end it now.

Raven made her way through the woods, not even thinking about using a path. Why should she? She had once been considered one of the most powerful witches to ever roam the entire world and to get lost in a small wood could degrade her. Instead of wearing a dress or skirts like any other witch with a high status, she had chosen to wear a black men's tunic and pants. There was no need to even think about dressing nicely when meeting him, a curse worse than death itself. Stepping into the clearing, she stared at him directly with amber eyes that currently blazed like cooling embers. Pushing several strands of fire colored hair away from her face, she finally spoke in a song-like voice, "Good afternoon, Elkand." She was trying to ignore his temper as well as her own, because btoh were now bound together and burned into their hands. "I entrust that you had a... fitful night of sleep?" She hadn't been able to sleep very well the night before and knew that he hadn't, either.(( XD Because of her status, it was too hard to resist giving her a haughty and proud nature. >w< ))

Elkand opened one eye and peered over at her resisting the urge to say something mean. He looked at her " I got about as much sleep as you did Raven." and that was true he only got about as much sleep as her and he could tell. The staff floating around him stopped as he grabbed him. He gently set it down across his lap as he looked at her " I'm surprised you even showed up." he admitted. Knowing her reputation her just sending a message would have been expected. He looked at her " We don't need to be here for long were just gonna have to work this out." he said " Obviously were both in a tight spot here, and to be honest I hate this curse more than anything but I don't wanna die just yet and neither do you I suppose." he said " As you understand you know we have a year so we're gonna have to figure out how this is going to go down." he said.
((That is completely understandable..I actually expect it!))

"'Tis a releif that we have the same feelings towards this predicament." Raven said with a slight glare, wishing that she could chuck some spell at him without having to worry about the ending results that would reflect back at her. She would have rather sent a message or summoned him to meet at her house, so that she wouldn't have had to tromp through the woods, but her magic had refused to obey her completely since the 'incident'. "I do not wish to die today nor when the year ends, but living like this forever might change my mind." Leaning against a tree, she ignored to urge to slap him or say anything else that was on her short-tempered mind. "We can't be too far apart for too long, so I'd suggest we move closer to one another, for starters."

Elkand looked at her " Agreed." he said and sighed leaning back " I suppose then I can move close to you." he said " That way we are not to far apart but we don't have to be too close together." he said " I'm sure that will work and its a fine arrangement." he said " After all I'm sure that you would prefer not having to live with me at least not this early." he said. He sighed though it had a slight growl as he looked at the symbol burned into his hand " But I'm leaving that decision up to you..we can live close with different houses or in the same houses." he said.

Raven listened to his words and nodded when he had finished. "At the current moment, I'm still very much upset about our little bonding expirience, so I'd prefer that we stick close but not in the same house." She shuddered at the thought of having to hear or feel the presence of wizard magic, which was the reason why she was here in the first place rather than enjoying a cup of herb tea. "Plus, I haven't had any time to create any charms to repel wizards." The last place she wanted him was in her house, where every shelf was filled to the brim with books of different languages and varieties, and where her various instruments were out in the open. It would look like she showed too much passion or enjoyment if others saw her private hobby of collecting and learning new musicial instruments and pieces. With the comment came a burning feeling on the back of her symboled hand and she bit her lip to keep from yelping. It was if it were telling her to get over it and accept the fact that they were stuck like this, but how could she when everything she'd ever strived to become was now too far out of reach for her to even dream of retrieving?

Elkand nodded " I agree...we'd be clsoe but still at a comfortable distance." he said. He also had things he didn't want her to see. He could feel the burning in his hand and clenched his hand into a fist resisting the pain. He sighed ' Thats honestly not going to work as yuor tied to a wizard you fool." he said " Were stuck like this so such seals will not be accepted besides...you have a part of my soul and I apart of your if you create that seal it will probably recognize that part and repel you." he said " We'll just have to live in separate homes until the end of the year." he said.

"Blast!" Raven cursed quietly, standing up straight and giving him the coldest glare that her blazing eyes could muster. Now I'll never be able to get rid of the idiot! She thoguht with malice as she crossed long, but lean arms. "Now all of my pure witch spells are going to be useless with you in me!" Had she the right materials, she might have been as daring as to light a fire or something of the sort. Her powers were just as explosive as her temper, which made her a dangerous enemy. Now it seemed like she wouldn't be able to do anything without him getting in the way. "Wizards!" She growled.

Elkand looked at her and growled violently ' As are mine so don't you dare act like yuor the only damned victim here!" he said and stared at her feeling her anger and her anger was intense he had no idea if he could clam it down at all. He looked at her " I never wanted to be bound to you in the first place I'd rather be bound with a toad then be bound with you but were stuck here with it so get over it!" he said " Witches...." he said rather quietly and suddenly the mark on the back of their hands started to burn even more as if telling them both to calm down and knock it off..the pain was so great even he had to grab his hand and leaned over a bit as the pain simply got worse.

Raven had been able to send back a comment, but was unable before his addition of anger and hatred added to hers, and it felt overwhelming. Then the symbol began to blaze with so much pain that she stumbled forward and into Elkand. She closed her eyes and reached out to take his symboled hand. There was a searing pain as that happened, but she wouldn't let go, not when she had an idea as how to at least make the pain lessed. Murmuring a pain dulling spell, she waited to see if the results were for better or for worse.
