I'm not asking how everyone thinks it's going to look it.

Once Sasuke gets Itachi's eyes he will be stronger but seriously, Itachi was more close to blindness than Sasuke's eyes. It will be funny after Sasuke fights Naruto he'll be going, WTF! I'm blind!! lol Noob.

Some people are saying that Itachi died because of lung disease.. But I am betting the sharigan caused his disease.

Sharigans does make some problems...but than that would mean his mother and father would have had that disease as well = / I think it's a disease that Kishimoto didn't explain yet xd

His mask was destroyed and he put on an uglier mask but my point is, Konan did a lot of damage to him. Yet when we saw him again he's moving perfectly fine. Can't see under the cloak but I bet you anything he has no scars. Only wrinkles.

We can't be too sure... I'm pretty sure Itachi died from illness as well not his fight with Sasuke. But perhaps, perhaps Madara was lying about this?

We can't be too sure... I'm pretty sure Itachi died from illness as well not his fight with Sasuke. But perhaps, perhaps Madara was lying about this?

The ********. The only thing Madara should and did lie about was Kyuubis attack. To gain Sasuke's trust Itachi knew Madara would use him seeing as though he joined Akatsuki to keep in tab with him. He loved Konoha this much, he won't let it be destroyed.

Madara has no reason to lie about his sickness; none, zero.
Nothing proves he was, everything already hinting he was partly and is telling the truth; otherwise stated like the coup d'etat without being framed, is wrong. Other than that it's all true.
