Seemingly motionless among a sea of starships and satellites above the twinkling world of Brentaal, Sel Zonn Station grows larger in every single being's view every second. A central pylon forms the bulk of the station’s mass, and three landing platforms leading to docking bays extend from the central section, equidistant from one another and jutting out into space. The dorsal side of the station features a discshaped secondary structure, on top of which blinking lights indicate the presence of a landing platform reserved for wealthy patrons.

Once inside there is a small variety of kiosks and places of interest for those wishing to relax and take in the Station's accommodations.
A bar, Gundark’s Cantina, run by the human male, Gundark; while he does seem a bit xenophobic to nonhumans, he doesn't turn down a single patron. The Credit Chip, the resident casino; it's operated by a human, Cecil Vayne; he doesn't appear to approve of the Empire's station within Sel Zon--often cheating them out of their money. Delgas Medical Supplies, as it appears, is a corporate medical practice and pharmaceutical supplier, with the chief doctor being Byra Fenn, another human. And finally, Mechanical Allies. This is where one would go for most of all droid repairs, and sales. Unlike the previous places, this is owned by a Twi'lek by the name of San.

For security, the Empire has found station here along side Brentaal's own planetary security force.

But none of this matters. Whether by chance, or by fate, the group has found themselves within the Promenade. The Promenade is filled with the bustle of revelry and commerce. Spilling out of the gambling halls are the sounds of victory and the moans of defeat, while the music of local bands issues from the cantinas. Only a handful of citizens mill about in the main areas of the Promenade, a few gazing out the massive windows at the planet Brentaal hovering below. Businesspeople hawk their wares to the passersby, and a few Imperial stormtroopers make their way down the main avenue of the Promenade on their usual patrol at a leisurely pace.

[I'll give everyone a few to make their introductions, get to know each other, and I want a single perception check from everyone]

The little Jawa looked way out of place in the station, which granted him the looks of the people residing in Sel Zonn. Jaboo, however, was so enthralled by being in space that he didn't mind the looks. He's never been in a big city-like building that floated in space, he's always been used to sand, craggy cliffs and sandcrawlers, but this was- for him anyways- something else.

He wore the Jawa's typical brown robe, which completely covered his body. His face was obscured by the hood on the robe, the only thing visible being his big, glowing yellow eyes. He wore a black vest over his robes with many pockets, which he used to store the energy cells amongst other things. He carried his Carbine Rifle on his shoulder, hanging from it's sling.

He eventually made his way towards the Cantina, where he tried, as best he could, to order some cold water. He spoke in Jawa Trade Language, hoping the Human knew the language, the man himself being a trader of sorts. He sat on a corner of the Cantina, relaxing a bit, the small Jawa weary after a long day for him.

The thing, buglike being sat still on a bench, looking about and spinning a hydrospanner idly in his hands. He wasn't sure what to do. The background radio noise beat in his head, and the fact that he didn't have the money to leave the place at the moment didn't help his situation. He needed a job, but so far, he'd not been able to get one.

So, the only thing that came to Niknik's mind at the time was to sit, wait, and see if anyone threw away anything that he might be able to snatch up as spare parts that he could fix and sell.

s**t s**t s**t ********> Of all the places that stupid freighter had to leave her, it would be a place with freaking clones patrolling all over the damn place. Well, not that there were too many places in the galaxy left where there weren't freaking clones, but still.

Xylee pulls her goggles down over her eyes, hoping that would minimize her resemblance to Zaile. To think she'd been reduced to having to not look like her twin, but it wouldn't serve Zaile's memory if Xylee got herself killed as well.

She'd probably be better off inside one of the buildings, since it looked like they were mainly patrolling the streets. The Cantina looked like the best bet, since she didn't need medical attention and certainly didn't intend to lose her hard-earned credits gambling. She slipped into the Cantina, ordered the cheapest thing she could think of, and took a seat in the corner near the funny-looking creature in the brown robe. She offered it a quick smile and nod.

Lorn was starting to give up looking for bodyguard work today it was becoming quite stressful. He was constantly bothered by troopers to see the license for his weapons as he wandered to and from potential employees constantly passing the cantina which he just wanted to retreat to. Out of luck and nearly out of currency he decided he'd rather spend it entertaining himself in the cantina.

With a final relenting sigh he hoisted his rifle over his shoulder and decided to take his problems to the cantina. Lowering his head as he entered he peered into the cantina trying to find a place to sit. Glancing around he finally found a seat he could be alone in, with a deep breath from his breathing apparatus he ordered the cheapest thing he could an mulled over his options.

(Perception +1 makes 14)

The young Ewok Garne had crawled out from his stowaway hiding place aboard a freighter into the station. The ship needed vital repairs and remained on the Sanctuary Moon for a few days. During that time, Garne managed to sneak his way onboard and find a place to stay until the ship docked again.

That place happened to be Sel Zonn Station.

He had found some cloth on board to make a cloak and cowl for him to wear, crude as it may look. Garne had also found some grenades, which he hid under his cloak, and had his bow slung under his cloak as well. Garne scurried around, looking for a place to hide before customs officials searched the ship. He decided on the Cantina, where it would be fairly dark and he would not stand out as much, what with the darkness and all. He felt he would be alright if he managed to find someone to talk to; having been aboard the ship for a while, he managed to pick up a bit of basic, though it was not as good as he would like it to be.

((Perception +2. Knowledge galactic Lore check +1 trying to see what Talyn knows about vespids.*))

Talyn walked along quietly in the station. A small ruck sack of clothing and minor personal belongings. Hefting his bag on his shoulder as he looked about the station for a map. He stunk like a cherry and he knew it. Warry of the intergalactic thieves and the like that would look at him like a mark. He drew his hood in over his head and made his way along the promenade. His robes were clean and brand new, his boots still squeaked like fresh leather. His gloves creaked when his fingers flexed. This was just like him, a new opportunity.

He would make his way to the promenade. Looking to the Cantinas and Inns until he figured out what to do next. He also kept an eye out for any bargains or anything he could use. He spotted the Verpine speaking in trade "What do you got?" he asked inquisitively. His grey eyes examining the Verpine curiously.

Niknik looked up as some man came up and started speaking at him. He knew of Trade Speak and had heard the tongue before, there were even those around him at the stalls speaking it. Unfortunately he didn't know any of it.

Jerking his head around to see if anyone else was around and this may be an ambush to rob him of his meager possessions, he felt a bit more confident in responding, seeing as the place was patrolled. He spoke back in basic. "I... I do not know... what you are saying..."

Talyn responded in basic, "Oh, sorry. What do you got? Do you have anything for sale?" He asked curiously. Reaching into his sleeve pockets to produce cred chips. In hopes that the promise of a few credits might ease the tension.

[Just waiting Mir and the Wookie, after that, the fun begins.
I shall wait until Thursday Evening around 10pm EST to start it up.]

Perception 10 or higher:
Among the crowd stands two men loitering around the Promenade. They don't seem to be part of the normal crowd, but rather actively looking for someone. Neither of them seem interested with those that can, and have seen them.

Perception 15 or higher:
In addition to the above, something peculiar stands about them. Particularly that despite wearing just casual traveling clothes, each man is carrying a blaster tucked into his jacket.
And perhaps even stranger still, their outfits are identical, right down to where their blasters lay.

Perception 20 or higher:
For those with extra-sharp eyes, they notice the men appear to be speaking softly to themselves. No doubt talking into hidden comlinks

((Actually I want to make a roll for knowledge current events too. I'll work on a gather information equivilant once I get to a cantina. See what's what. +1 I'm trying to see if I can recall any relevant information to the station in regard to politics that might concern me or be important to know. Anti force user movements or things of that nature.))

User ImageCasting a long shadow through the promenade, Mir Eshke strode amongst the rabble going about their lives, her long, black cloak concealing much of her body. Her silver-violet hair whipped along behind her, trailing in the air as she strode with a brisk pace. People turned and watched her, the scar upon her brow and the curious mask concealing her empty sockets likely drawing their attention as much as her haunting beauty or sheer presence. She wasn't sure what she would find on this station, but any information leading her to her enemies or to weapons to strike out at them would suffice for now.

She stopped short as the Clone Troopers passed, and her blood boiled. The true Force within her screamed out for release, to destroy the faceless minions of the detestable Empire, but she reined the urge down. Murdering useless grunts would not get her closer to her goal at this point, and it could easily lead to her failure. Then she sensed the Force, strongly concentrated in a human body, just up ahead. Fascinating. She skulked, Terralian Panther-like, and watched and listened from afar.
