This is the legend of the flames of lore. The tale of how it all began, long ago in the ages of the god's.

You guys can post here about each of the chapters, and I'll try to get up a little bit each day.

~Chapter One~

Draconis sat in a chair in the study hall of the palace. He was the youngest son of the king of Lorena. As such, he wasn't likely to be king ever, but he still had to do his lessons. His teachers however didn't feel it all that important, and so he got away with slaking, which he did more often then not. At the age of 15, he had accomplished much. He had started his study at the age of 3, when he proved he could already write the names of every one of his family members, including some not even the king could remember the relation to them, by five, he had written a 500 page story, which his father never even bother to read. Draconis did every thing in his power to make his father notice him, but nothing worked. Including giving himself the nickname of Draco. Nothing worked, so he set out to learn magic, something his father had forbidden to people to learn, sadly, his father died before he perfected his skills and could show it to him. His chosen magic, fire.

"Draconis, I have learned of your magic. Fire I do believe," King Mark said.

"Yes it is, my lord," Draco said bowing.

"I am sending you to study magic further at Senryu Academy of Mage's. Do me and our family proud," King Mark said before leaving. Draco watched him leave, then smiled. Senryu was the best mage school out there. He wouldn't be able to leave until he graduated, but he didn't care. There was nothing for him here anyways.

A week later, Draco left for his new school, Senryu. He was glad to be going there, and was already wearing his uniform. He was transfer late, but he didn't care. He got to the docks only to find out that the boat to Senryu doesn't leave for another three days, so he headed to a hotel for the time being.

"Man, this sucks. I finally get to go to Senryu and I find out the boat only runs once a week, so I have to wait three days before catching," Draconis said, frowning. Fate didn't seem to like him very much. He just sighed though and went to his room for the night. The hotel was very large, and shaped in a U pattern. It was also very fancy, and very expensive.
"Its a good thing Lore is a very rich country," he said to himself, sitting on the bed and testing out the mattress.
