As long as you have 2.2 you can run Flash.
If you are trying to play, you may not be able to unless you have a higher end phone/tablet

I'll be able to do that in like 2 years. (When Apple decides to incorporate flash automatically into iPods / iPhones. That or I'll get an android. xd ) ~King Awesome
