So my friend was telling me the other day that the only place by policy the parking meter police can put an issued ticket is on your windshield wiper. Infact they cant write you up and not notify you that you have a ticket, thus why they need you to have windshield wipers. So I was downtown doing errands today and I remembered my parking meter expired so I ran out to my truck and got my handy tool set out and popped the wiper blades out. Sure enough five minutes later when I came back from the bank I watched this parking meter cop furiously try and figure out what the hell to do and eventually he just threw up his hands in defeat and walked off.
