In my opinion, Dimmu Borgir is better because they dont use voice altering. Though Cradle Of Filth, in a sense sounds better. What do you think?

I never heard of Dimmu Borgir and I don't really like Cradle of filth. ^^;

Dimmu, without a doubt. CoF has fallen more into the shock rock category for me than metal, and whenever I hear Danni Filth's voice I am reminded greatly of a cat being tortured....

I can't say either way. I like both bands. It all depends on my mood on which one I listen to more. Today was very much a CoF day seeing as how I had to write poems.

Depends....well, okay, I like Dimmu Borgir much better, but Cradle of Filth does have some interesting sounds....instrumental wise...

Cradle of Filth, to me, for the most part, sounds like the equivalent of a bunch of rusted nails being scratch along a blackboard whilst your eardrums bleed puddles the size of the seven seas combined.

Hmmmm, lets see, Dimmu, Sold out in like 30 seconds, Cradle have always been relatively commercial.
Cradle... because Dani Filth has a sense of humour.... something most black metal band front men lack.
