So far away I got Black. And just a question. When can you transfer over Celebi and the other event Pokemon to get Zorua and Zoroark?  Been so far away for far too long

X-Yami-no-Ko-X So far awayI got Black. And just a question. When can you transfer over Celebi and the other event Pokemon to get Zorua and Zoroark? Been so far away for far too long I'm pretty sure you can do it after you get the first badge, but I'm not completely sure~ o:
