Hallo!~ Konnichiwa bonjour hola xD I have a new 10 gallon glass tank, and I'm looking for a new animal.. I have 2 gerbils, 3 dogs, 15 fish, and 2 cats. What should I get?? I'm thinking anything but a snake, snails, hermit crabs, or spiders. ^w^

I'd say a chinchilla, but I'm not sure a glass tank is best for them... (I think they should have a two story metal cage)
How about a guinea pig?

>.> Still think Octorok was a great idea......
How about a bunch of mice? I like watching them whizz around in the pet stores, so they seem kinda fun. Though you should make sure they are all one gender, XD.

As long as you don't get rats... mice pretty much stay almost the same size as when you get them. I mean, of course they grow from when they are abies, but we're talking about.... maybe 3-4 inches long, is my guess.

Hah, yeah, not one of my better ideas... It would be suitable for a tarantula if you added in the right mulch/wood chips and a dark environment. Their webs actually look really cool in a gothic respect (sorry, I'm drawn to gothic scenery. Yet I have a generally optimistic outlook on life... O.o)
Lizards would be good, but you may need to buy a heat lamp. Uromastix lizards are so cool! The head of a turtle, a tail covered in spikes and a lizard torso. They are awesome, but just be sure you don't get one that's aggressive if you'd get one.

I've never come to understanding the thought of having a pet turtle.... they don't do as much... although they on't go anywhere fast, you don't have to worry about losing them.

Actually, I've seen a few pet turtles before... they can move! O.o
I'm not entirely sure where the slow myth comes from... Maybe a tortuous? XD

Turtles are pretty docile and safe, as long as you don't stick your finger in their mouth :p
I probably wouldn't have a lizard around children though...
