Why must you screw me over like that. So I got a text saying my phone bill is ready. I was going to pay it online from the bank account, but wow I got slapped with $12 for a partial payment of 4G network. I never signed up for that. Instead I had this free trial that the customer service agent said when it was over I would get a text asking me if I wanted to cancel or continue. Also this trial was supposed to be for 3months. I've only been using it for 1month. So Monday will be a fun day for me to call them.

That just sucks. Some of my friends who had T-mobile hated them because of stuff like that and switched.
I'm with at&t and i've never had a problem with them. heart

I never had a problem with T-mobile until this and I've been with them over 5 yrs. So yeah it bites.

I've heard of bad stuff from t-mobile too but I love them. My dad was getting marketing calls once and he called t-mobile and they ended it for him somehow or gave him a number to call he said he has been with them for 11 years and never had a problem, they were like yeah we see your history we'd hate to lose you.
I've been through a couple of carriers and I've always loved T-Mo's prepaid and Verizon's and Metro PCS (yeah it's a new contestant but they're not so bad really) contracts. Although PCS isn't really a contract so again so it's like it's own category with Boost, which I've never had, I don't really care about walkie-talkies which they seem to emphasize.

I dont think ive ever had a problem with them. They always seem eager to do some hardcore asskissing. xD Free stuff and such.

So I called T-mobile explained everything and they took the $12 charge off. Oh and I might have upgraded my phone. Maybe..
