I suppose that would be something a zombie would do. You could also just make strange gurgling sounds and hobble around until the scent of fresh flesh reaches your nostrils. Though, I've heard of some zombies that make distinct noises, like crying like a little emo girl, or shrieking seconds before pouncing on an unsuspecting fleshy.
I play Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 far too much. >.>;;

I think I have seen that one, or one similar to it. I know they become somewhat smart and learn how to use guns, but I don't remember if they spoke. It was a really cheesy, yet awesome, zombie movie that was on HBO really early in the morning. :3
