Since neither of my d20 modern campaigns took off, and my other campaigns seem to have died again (partially due to my lack of responses), I'm designing a new campaign, but I'm torn on which bad guys to use. On one hand, the Demons seem more numerous, but they're pretty disorganized. Devils, on the other hand, are rank-file-and-kill, and their leaders have stats in the BoVD. My only problem there? I don't have that book.
I want to go with the Abyss, but there's another problem: I don't have a book I really need to get it all started: the Fiend Folio.
If someone could be kind enough to give me the stats for either the Lords of Hell, or the Abyssal monsters from the Fiend Folio, I'll get to work on this.

What level is the party starting at? It's not very realistic to start at lower levels and expect to players to one day reach a level appropriate to kill demon princes.

Ah, so I take it that the other two campaigns are dead then. Good to know.
I'd say you should use Yugoloths. No one ever uses them...

@loth: Right now, my main focuses are:
The new Tan'ari (did I spell that right?)
Blood Locusts and those ant-things (they're swarms).
and those other creatures (I don't remember the names; they looked kinda like naked, bald goblins with demonic wings instead of arms. There were three kinds if I remember right).
Like I said, I just want the abyssal stuff. Doing a quick read from the Fiend Folio at my local bookstore (I don't have the cash to buy it) I found only about ten. I know it's a big haul, so I lowered my expectations.
