I'm Curious as to what your favorite Japanese food is. If you have one, tell me, and I'd love a recipe too! :3 Mine is authentic Ramen. I recently made some myself, and I know it wasn't perfect but it was very good! I tried it in miso and butter broth x3.

i like Cucumber sushi my Grandma made for me before she had a stroke. she is okay just trying to get better. other food i like Chasu bento with rice from Oto's. yakisoba i like to eat it good noodles with flavor sauce not too spicy but easy to eat.

Probably my all time favorite is Soup Curry. It's a Sapporo specialty and I adore it and crave it so badly...
