Kuendesha'akili
Tsaniin

His claws gently ran over the flesh of a rodent, listening to the screams as he smiled cooly to himself. Kuendesha'Akili found himself in a pickle though. As a Quateth in training, he was tempted to just slit the thing's throat, and watch the copper-laced liquid flow out along the grounds. He was currently just plain bored. After all, this was Kuen....

Another cub happened to be wandering nearby, and Tsaniin's small ears pricked at the sound of screaming. Aaah... it was like music. Turning his paws in that direction, he grinned. "Hey! What've you got theeere?"

His head canted slightly backwards, and red eyes stared almost emotionlessly at Tsaniin, "A rat. It came across my path, and I wished to play. It did not, but I currently have...fixed that." He spoke with an aloof nature that was almost frightening, had it not been for the fact that....they were Demons.

Tsaniin laughed at that though, not put off by the other's manner of speech at all. "That's great!" he said, padding up and plopping his rear down right next to the other. "Hmmmmm..." he hummed, tilting his head to eye the poor creature critically. Already, his father had taught him a few tricks one day. About causing pain. "It will bleed to death really fast if you keep doing that," he observed, waving a paw at the deeper cuts on the small animal.

He snorted, "Such is the point. I should have killed it immediately. It is not within my future rank-to-be to draw out deaths." He spoke as if this was obvious. His red eyes watched the drawing out of the blood. Lifting one paw, holding the rat down with the other, he licked the blood off his claws, "I am aware that it will die quickly. I am Kuendesha'Akili. And you are?"

Tsaniin snorted at that. "Killing things quickly isn't any fun," he pointed out with a little pout. But he made no move to steal the other's prey. Not yet. "Tsaniin," he said then, smirking faintly. He'd heard of this one, from a conversation his parents had while they thought he was asleep. He was the -only- dark one in his whole litter. And 'Shen rather thought that meant the family was weak. Especially the mother who'd brought such cubs into the world. Heh.

Nodding his head, he then lifted the rat by his tail. Stabbing his claw into the thing, he dangled the thing in front of the other, "Here. It is quite boring. I have not found it fascinating in the least. Its screaming is far too soft." He loved the larger prey. The things he was able to silence and slice the throat of, silent and swift.

Tsaniin snorted at that and batted at the tiny thing so it fell off the other cub's claw. "Yea it's boring -now- because it's dying. Even little things can be made to scream ... really loud. Want me to show you?" he asked, smirking.

Raising a brow, he murmured, "Loud screams mean you would get caught. Why get yourself caught?" He said. Logically, that was the point, NOT to get caught. Or at least, the way Kuen saw it. Purring softly at Tsaniin, he watched him, "Show me though. Perhaps I can find a way to entertain myself."

Tsaniin stared at that. "Who cares about getting -caught-?" he scoffed. He -wanted- people to hear screaming. Because then it meant they would fear him more. Which was always a good thing...

"Where fear is a good tactic, Tsaniin, when you have a future in assassin work, why would you wish to be caught at all? I suppose the screams are all well and good, when we are in our own lands, but outside....when you are killing....why get yourself caught?"

Tsaniin blinked, and shrugged at that. "Meh," he commented with a little toss of his head. "But I probably won't ever go outside. So who cares!" he replied with a grin. "Now c'mon." And he trotted off to find some other little creature to torment.

He chuckled low. He LIKED this one. Following Tsaniin, he looked about before he found, "Here." Picking up yet another rat in his claws, he shoved it over to the other, "Teach me I'm quite curious."

Tsaniin instantly pinned the thing down with one paw and eyed it critically. A bit thin, but it would do. They could -all- scream if you knew what to do. And he was slowly learning several things to do. Tilting his head this way and that, Tsaniin finally lowered his head and closed jaws - deceptively gently - about one leg. Then he bit down. There was a sort of -crunch- sound, and the rat squealed and squirmed. Tsaniin let go and sat up. "Breakin' bones is always good... cause it hurts, but doesn't make 'em bleed. Unless you squish the middle."

He nodded slowly, "Well of course. Squishing them in the center causes organs to...rupture, killing them faster." He said, simply, canting his head. The young lion found himself curious as to what this one knew. After all...it might be useful.

Tsaniin nodded at that. Of course, he would know something like that. "But there's plenty of ways to hurt without killing..." he half-whispered, almost like he was in a trance. In quick succession, he snapped two more limbs, then lifted his paw up - letting the thing think it was free. "This is fun too. You break them so they can't -really- run, then keep giving them hope and taking it away..."

The young cub's eyes lit up, and he watched with dark fascination as the thing tried to scamper away. A paw came down, entrapping the rat with claws in its tail, "Delightful..." His heart swelled, and a feeling of adrenaline rushed over him, This....Now THIS was something.

Tsaniin nodded and laughed. "I know, right!" he exclaimed, reaching over to take the thing back. He rather wanted to see some blood now. "If you -wanna- cut it, though... shallow cuts are so much better, cause then it doesn't get weak as fast. And ... there's places that hurt more." Like the genitals.

His grin was slightly crazed, and one claw gently struck a score across the thing's eyes. One popped, rather satisfactory. He leaned in and licked at the blood, stemming it for a moment.

"Oooh yea, eyes are good too!" Tsaniin crowed, lifting his head a bit. Then he slowly drew the tip of one claw down along the thing's stomach - not -quite- cutting in. "Making them think there'll be pain one place... then giving it in -another-," he stabbed a claw from the other paw into an already broken leg, "also works." Just as he finished the sentence, the rat flailed wildly, squealing.

He smirked and nodded, finding himself fascinated by the nostrils for a moment. Hooking the tip of a fine claw in it, he gently tugged. The screech from that was decently satisfactory. He found he quite liked this Tsaniin.

Tsaniin laughed. "Yea yea, that's good!" he praised the other. Who cared what they were gonna be when they grew up. This was fun.

This...was fun! Smiling that cold smile at Tsaniin, he moved his claw down the nose to the mouth, prying it open to gently shove at a tooth with his paw, and finally just shoving the two pressed together teeth Backwards with a satisfying crack, "Oh the poor thing." Sarcasm, of course.

Tsaniin blinked at that. Oooh he hadn't thought of messing with the teeth before! "Good idea!" he exclaimed, examining the small creature. Then he sliced a claw along one side of its face, watching as it writhed and squealed loudly.

Cracking the teeth again, he just yanked them out, grinning as the thing screeched loudly. Assassain work be damned for a moment....He loved this! This was just the cubs' fun, right? Examining the teeth that were now resting on the ground, he snorted. So weak, "This is far too easy."

"Well, duh. But you gotta start small. My dad said if I did really good with these things, he'd catch me a hare one day..." Tsaniin said, eyes sparkling.

The idea had him coo, happily, "A hare would be quite pleasant to play with. You must tell me how the teeth trick works on one, yes?" He requested, purring lowly, as he leaned down tearing off an ear with his teeth.

"Oh, I will," Tsaniin purred, grinning at the ear-ripping. "You can kill this one whenever you want... maybe teach -me- something."

THAT had his eyes alight. Taking the thing gently from Tsaniin, he tipped its head back, and looked at the throat critically. And then, with a frighteningly quick gesture, a claw was across the throat, and his paw clamped the jaws down. It killed instantly, with no noise, "Simple~"

Tsaniin nodded at that, smirking. "Ooh, I see..." he commented, licking at his jaws a bit. "Should we eat it now, you think?"

He nodded, gently pushing it over, "I'm not interested in eating Rat, but you may eat, if you like." Kuen was, after all, quite picky, strange as that was.

Tsaniin blinked at that. He really -wasn't- picky at all. So he shrugged and grabbed the thing with a paw - flipping it up to catch it in his mouth. He could swallow the thing whole like his dad could. But eventually ... he'd be able to do that.

He watched and lay himself down, crossing his paws, "I do think, Tsaniin, you and I will make quite the pair. I will enjoy learning from you." He said, falling back into his usual cold-faced nature, ear twitching.

The dark cub nodded at that, swallowing the last of the rat. "I think so too ... " he agreed with a little purr.
